My in-laws are doing very well here. The staff is doing well, too. Like any place, there are some staff members that do well with our parents. My wife's parents like them and the staff likes her, and there are some others that they have no opinion on. My wife's father is in a particular state of dementia where he gets angry and so you really can't judge by what he says. He doesn't really know what he's saying. Their room is very nice. We like the rooms and the layout. The food is good, too. We'd been there a few times to eat with them before COVID, and we enjoyed the food. This is a difficult time and we wish that we could at least see them through the window, and they're not even letting us do that. I think it's time for us to be able to at least see them through the windows.

I visited Elegance at Lake Worth. The residents weren't able to walk freely. They had to be all in the same area, out of their room. Some of them were dancing, some of them were watching. They're not able to roam freely. The staff was wonderful. The structure of the building was good. They were getting rid of some old furniture for outside seating and replacing it with new stuff. They're doing a little bit of change with that and updating it. Overall, it was nice. The layout was good. They have a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Jennifer was very helpful in understanding the situation and was very comforting.

It was an extremely nice place. The individual that I've met was extremely helpful and very accommodating. I looked at their assisted living side and their memory care side. I didn't have anything negative to say about it. The facility was brand new, so everything looked immaculate. They just recently opened.
