We had three caregivers that really didn't do anything. One caregiver had a good impact, but the rest of the caregivers didn't. The poor caregivers could have provided what the company said they could do.

They provide excellent care for my loved one. My loved one has a full-time care giver that takes care of them, and that makes it easier for me.

We got Preferred Care at Home, and we found them to be very helpful and very responsive. We have 24-hour home help care. Everyone they sent was nice, but they have to get along with my mother and get her to do what she needs to do. We felt that they worked with us and didnt just send one person and that was it, I would give them a high rating. I would recommend them.

I like that they can find a substitute caregiver for mom on short notice. It has reduced my stress level because I know someone is there to take care of her. It has made my mom happy with her daily life.

They are on times, they are hard workers, and they care about me as a patient. The owners stop in every once in a while. They are available for all of my needs and if I need to go to the doctor they will drive me, which has been very helpful.

If I have to call and ask questions, they are very prompt. I was doing 12 hours shifts watching over my loved one and now I have my life back.

They had been very helpful in trying to place a certain caregiver. I think they did everything that they could to help us. They were on top of things, and they would come to the house and make sure that it was working out. We were depending on this caregiver, so it was a big impact. We are now back at zero.

They do come and see me and make sure everything is going alright. It's a good system. He does everything I ask him to do. He has a lot of knowledge of medicine and knows what he is talking about.

They needed to improve the continuity of care with the provider or give streamline training. The caregivers needed to be off of their cell phones.

They do pretty good. When they come they answer the call and they come if I need. It makes me feel more comfortable that someone is here in case I croak.

I can rely on someone to help me out with getting where I need to be. They help me get to appointments, go shopping, and are companions to me. They helped me get acclimated to here when I moved, helped me get unpacked, and helped me keep going with my nervous breakdown.

They were just a good company in general. They made my life better by trying to reduce the fluid in my legs.

The persons they provided frequently didn't show up. They would send a substitute and each time I would have to train them. I asked one of the caregivers to iron a blouse and they said they didn't know how to iron. They would never do more ironing after that. Almost none of them knew how to cook. Most of them were sloppy when they did my loved one's laundry.

Preferred Care at Home sent a caregiver who works well with me. I like the caregiver who works for me right now. She is better then the caregiver I had in the beginning.
