I found Preferred Care at Home in Coral Springs after becoming frustrated with other providers who helped me until it became to difficult, then they just stopped returning my calls. Preferred Care at Home (PCAH) stuck with me until they were able to provide me with a care giver for my loved one (LO) who had behavioral challenges. PCAH provided me with up to date progress and checked in with me to ensure my LOs needs were being met. Even after placing my LO in a Memory Care Facility they followed up with me to ensure I was getting all the help I needed. I highly recommend Preferred Care at Home in Coral Springs as the best provider in the area. THEY TRULY CARE!
