"The care that your caregiver, Ms. Rebekah , provides for my wife, Margie with Alheimer's is wonderful. Rebekah provides Margie's breakfast and lunch, they go for walks, weather permitting, she helps Margie to read various books/magazines, and she converses various subjects with her which helps stimulate her mind. I am very pleased with the help Ms. Rebekah provides. Respectfully/Hugh M"

"The people from Seniors Choice are good people. They are here because I have certain things that are wrong with me, and they just come to make sure that I'm OK and have them take my blood pressure and that kind of thing. I have gone to the hospital twice, and I've had something wrong, so they come in after I come back from the hospital. It is always the same people and, usually it's maybe about a week or two that they don't come, but then they come back again. "

"They are professional and easy to work with I have had their services about 2 and a half years. I have live in help with one 5 days and nights and one covering the other 2. The one working does not leave until relieved by the other. We have had situations but have never been left without someone here from the Agency. Our caregivers are both outstanding and have become part o.f our family. I could not take care of my wife without them. They do what ever is necessary and never complain. My wife is truly dependent on they and they laugh and giggle at times like they are teenagers. The Agency has been great to work with. They have handled the paper work with our Insurance company."

"Families Come First has incredible caring individuals who have cared for my father for over 2 years. They become like an extended part of our family. My father suffers from stage 3 Alzheimer's disease and is totally bedridden. There are no skin issues at all thanks to the wonderful care he receives. They help with household chores when he is sleeping. They truly do put families first and I recommend them to anyone who wishes to remain independent at home but needs that extra help. I find their rates to be very affordable as well. "

Exceptional in-home care doesn’t just happen – that’s why Home Helpers invests in providing dependable, compassionate care by using the most qualified and compatible caregivers. Most people want to be where they are comfortable, whether that means seniors, or those recovering from illness who want to be back in their own home. Our caregivers make sure they can do that, being there to provide the extra care that's needed. All our caregivers are level 2 background screened, bonded and insured. Each has ongoing supervision and training to make sure they give the very best service to our clients. They are fully employed – their taxes are paid by the company, there are no contractors and we are NOT a registry. With each new client, we sit down with them to find out as much as we can about them – their likes and dislikes, their requirements and their personality – then we try to match them with the most suitable caregiver so that family members can be reassured that their loved one is happy. We can meet with them at their home (even if they are in assisted living and just want some additional help there), or in hospital or rehab facilities if families want to plan a loved one’s return home in advance of them being discharged. Our caregivers are trained in, and are experienced in the care of clients with a variety of conditions including Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, Parkinson’s disease, cancer, stroke, etc. We can be there from just an hour or two per week, right up to 24/7 care – there are no minimum hours. You only pay us for the hours we are there. If the client is a veteran, or the surviving spouse of a veteran we may also be able to assist them in obtaining a benefit that could cover their care costs. We also combine our care with technology – for our caregivers, there is an automated telephony service to ensure they check in and out on time. This means we know very quickly if there is a problem or delay and can make arrangements to send a back-up caregiver if necessary. We offer 24/7 monitoring pendants so that in the event that your loved one needs help when no-one else is with them, they can push a button and help will be on the way. We also offer automated medication management systems which will remind the client when to take medication and will send an alert to the central care center if the medication is not taken – the care center will do a welfare check to make sure the client is ok and remind them again to take their meds. Our services include: Light housekeeping Laundry Personal care (bathing/dressing/feeding, transferring, etc) Transportation to events or appointments Hospital/hospice sitter Meal preparation – including special diets Shopping Companionship (help with crafts or hobbies, games, conversation, etc) Medication reminders 24/7 monitoring service Partnership with Veterans Care Coordinationv Much more! We believe that people should be able to keep their independence for as long as possible, allowing them to spend their time doing what they enjoy – let us take care of the rest.

"Family Friends Office Staff and Caregivers are absolutely amazing. During this hard time during COVID 19 pandemic the world has been crazy and Family Friends has done their best to make sure that my mom is still getting the care she needs. Due to a shortage of workers across our country right now, they have had to ask us to change the schedule a little bit which is fine because they were still able to accommodate the amount of hours my mom is allotted. They have also been very patient and understanding that we wanted the same caregiver as much as possible and they have worn masks in our home so that mom feels safe. I cannot say enough about how amazing they have been and how they have helped us stay positive and happy during a time that the world is filled with uncertainty. The thing we are most certain about is the Service and care FAMILY FRIENDS HOME CARE provided and still provides. So thank you to Family Friends Staff and owners who have stepped up to not let the level of care change!!!!"

"We're using Senior Helpers for three weeks now. They have a minimum of 12 hours a week that you have to schedule and then if you want more, you pay by the hour. It's more for me so that I am free to leave the house and go to my appointments. On Thursday the caregiver was here, and I went and got my taxes figured, and went out to lunch. There's not much care my husband needs, other than to feed him and just make sure he doesn't fall out of the bed or try to get up. But it is just nice knowing that someone is here and he's safe, and I can go and have some free time, so I don't go crazy. They do housekeeping if you ask them to. Like there is one girl and she cleans my bathroom nice. One time I had a sink full of dishes and I asked them to do that, and they did so. They would do cleaning, but I don't think they come in and automatically clean. The caregiver is very nice. She's younger than me; I'm in my 60s. She shows up on time, sits with my husband, and feeds him. I have no complaints. You just give them your debit card when you sign up and then they automatically bill you. You pay two weeks in advance. They require you to give a two weeks notice if you're going to discontinue, so they collect for those two weeks. I think it's $26 an hour, times the 12-hour minimum. So you can either do four hours, three days a week, or you can do three hours, four days a week. I'm doing it three days a week, four hours each time."

"We're currently using AMLOVE SENIOR CARE for my mother. We have somebody come in six hours a day. They cook, they clean, they administer her medicine, and they run errands for her. For the most part the caregivers are pretty good, but sometimes they have some problems with schedule."
