"I am happy with everything. My sister is in a studio apartment. It is clean, they do a really nice job, and everything is good. My sister has complained about the food because they are undergoing some changes in contractors that they hired to serve the food, but last night, she said the food was better. If the food was good, we will be very happy."

"Brookdale Eden Estates was great. The staff was super helpful and supportive. The dining area looked pretty nice. They had a beehive of activities that you can tell that people were partaking in it. The place was really nicely decorated and laid out, clean and the entryway was pretty nice and upscale. There were some nice living areas and some very dedicated PT areas which is a nice thing to see. The staff who helped me was amazing."

"My husband and I have moved to Emerson on Harvest Hill in Dallas. We're in their independent living and we chose it because it was in our budget, all meals are included, and they have activities. They have Bible study, ice cream socials, bingo, and they play games and puzzles. We have a housekeeper come in once a week, our room is beautiful, and the apartments here are nice. They're small but nice. The food is nothing to write home about but it's OK."

"I don't have any bad things to say. I don't have to do anything. I have a lovely breakfast and wonderful lunch and I go to nightly entertainment. The wine and cheese is great. The cello and violin is pretty music. I like the staff and they like me. I don't have any dislikes. I asked if we could have chicken, fried steak and they fixed it up, especially for us. And it was good!"

"Parc Place did not have wheelchair accessible situations. The dining area was not impressive looking to us. The staff was nice."

"I toured Edgemere. They had a lot of amenities. The indoor pool was nice. The rooms were nice, too. However, the closet space was too small. They had a library and an entertainment space. The cleanliness was excellent."

"Briarview was extremely nice. It's like a hotel. They were extremely professional. I was looking for respite care, but they didn't have that. I was thinking I should go stay there myself. I saw the cafeteria, the dining room, and the rooms. Everything was topnotch as far as quality. The staff member who showed us around was very good."

"I went to Emerson at Rosemeade Park. The facility is clean, nice, quiet, and spacious. It has a very friendly atmosphere. Some of the residents were outside walking and they stopped to say hello. They're nice and friendly."

"The Forum was well appointed. My mother had a corner apartment which had lots of light and windows. Not all of them were like that, but she was on the first floor, and it was a very nice apartment. The office staff was always nice and helpful. It was a nice facility. "

"The Tradition - Lovers Lane is very positive and excellent. I visited both the independent and assisted living. The food was good, the atmosphere in the dining room was excellent, and my impression of the staff was very positive. Shopping is convenient and there's a large grocery store across the street that has a bank and a pharmacy. There's also other commercial shopping less than five-minutes away."

"We toured. I think what my husband liked most about it was that it was covered and had much more secure parking for the vehicle. The possibility of their two bedrooms was very nice. We did appreciate that more, and it had a kitchen, which we may need if these places can't give us food that my husband can eat. It was very nice. Everything looks good inside and outside. The staff was very helpful."

"I toured The Reserve at North Dallas. The apartments were very new, with huge closets and big rooms. The kitchen was very nice with some granite countertops. They had some good choices of food. And if you didn't like what they were serving, they had other food available for you that you could get, kind of what they always have. The outside was nice. The places, community rooms, and community spaces looked nice, along with all the activities they provided, and there were lots of choices. The staff who gave the tour was very nice, had lots of great information, was very friendly, and took the time. The residents were nice. Some of them were sharing their stories and what they liked about them. So, that was good too."

"We went to look at Atria Carrollton. I like the people and their friendliness. They are very willing to help us out. I don't see anything negative about them. They had three different sizes for one bedroom. They were all nice. They were very transparent and receptive. They had bingo. They made sure that, rather than make me wait, they got another staff member to come show me around. So I had the recreation director show me around. When I got back, they had all the paperwork with the different rates, plans, and things like that for me. I didn't see any trash on the floor. Everything was very clean."
