It had all three levels of care, but I visited the independent living. They told me that it was only built five years ago. It was good, but the rooms were probably average. I saw the dining area. They had three meals a day and there was a snack area where you could pick up snacks any time of the day. For the size of the facility, the dining area seemed to be small, but they told me that if you would go for independent living, you can eat in the assisted living dining room as well. I met one staff member, and she was friendly. She knew what she was talking about. It looked like an apartment building. It's four stories. It seemed to be clean.

Heartis Mid Cities is a mid-luxury 178-unit retirement community at 2308 Highway 121 in Bedford, near an array of restaurants and stores, surrounded by longstanding suburban Dallas neighborhoods. The residence comprises of 86 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living apartments, and 32 memory care apartments. In addition, we provide 3 meals a day, weekly housekeeping, bistro, complimentary transportation Monday-Friday (up to 10 mile radius), swimming pool, bocce ball court, putt putt, library, and a billiards room. We provide a wide variety of resident programming in all three levels, have multiple dining areas with Private Dining options and 24-Hour Concierge Services.
