"I would highly recommend The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. They have a lot of good programs for the seniors there. They are close to Keller Town center. There's a little lake out there, and they actually stocked it with fish. So the men or women can go out there and go fishing. I was very impressed with that because my dad loves to fish. They do have a bus that will take the seniors up to Winstar Casino, and then they have little trips to the zoo, any functions or museums and things like that. They also have I think a 12 mile radius for the doctors appointments. I was greeted when I got there. My name was on the board: "Welcome, Dorothy!" I got a little gift package, and they had a special thing going down for seniors at the end of April. The staff said "you're more than welcome to come and see what we do." Even though they're socially distanced, they're starting to open up their dining facility. It was just really great. I did not try the food, but I have a neighbor whose mom lives there. They know she can't say enough how wonderful it is."

"I really enjoyed the visit to Heartis Mid Cities. The lady we met there was extremely helpful and very good. The place was clean, with nice-sized rooms, and it had everything my mother would need. I mostly liked the people I saw, especially the lady who showed us around and answered our questions, and it appeared they had programs for people to enjoy."

"I visited Solstice Senior Living at Grapevine, it was very nice. It was convenient and it's very well laid out, I liked it. My impression of the staff was good and the bedrooms were spacious. The staff showed me a game room, and a small theater, and the surrounding community has a lot of things to offer. They also have a garden."

"Atria Grapevine was very nice and clean. I think they're excellent. However, it's a lot more expensive. Nevertheless, the rooms there seemed nice. Unlike the other facility, they did seem to have more help and more activities. They even have crafts room for their residents. My mom and I went for a lunch and then a tour and the food was really good. The chef came out and introduced himself, which was nice. "

"I went to Morada Pantego. I was impressed with it. They were very nice people. In fact, it was like we knew each other. We did a quick little tour. They have the criteria that I want. It was nice enough for me to say, 'We'll probably come by, see it, grab a lunch, or whatever you want to do.' The apartments were pretty much parallel to the other place. They were a nice size, and I think they would fit my mother's needs and make her comfortable. They had common areas, and there were people sitting around, relaxing, and things like that. It was good. They had a little store where you could buy little articles, like if they wanted to get some toothpaste or something like that. It was an updated facility. If it's not a new facility, it sure was updated and looked new. It looked very good."

"My wife and I visited the Asher Point Independent Living of Arlington and I thought the grounds and the upkeep on the outside were outstanding. It's very clean, the grass was very neatly cut and edged, and all the bushes were trimmed up nicely. The landscape was just pleasant to look at. The first room we went in had a big stain on the carpet and I thought that was not conducive for what we were going to be paying. We went to another room that was basically the same size as the one with the stain and that was nicer. However, if they're going to show one room with a big stain on the carpet, I think one would have to worry about that a little bit. The lady that assisted us there was very nice and very outstanding. We did not sample any food but the dining area was very nice. It was very pretty, very well laid out, neat, and clean."

"We went to see Morada Lake Arlington's assisted living for my mother and the experience was very nice. Everything looked clean and the people there looked happy sitting around doing their puzzles. The menus that they gave us looked really nice too. I think the person who normally would have done the tours wasn't there. For some reason, somehow they got the time confused or something. The person who did it was very nice and knew a lot about the facility. She was very knowledgeable, very nice, and we really enjoyed meeting her and going through the facility. The apartments looked nice and spacious. Everything looked like it was being nicely taken care of. We didn't see any problems."

"Arlington Plaza was very friendly. I love it. It's a nice and very quiet area. You could tell they are a close community. Everybody knew everybody. The room sizes were nice. The place was very clean. The dining area was very nice."

"I visited The Westmore, and it was wonderful. They were very nice, and I liked the professionalism. I didn't notice anything I didn't like there. The lady was very helpful and spent a lot of the time with us. The staff was very friendly. The facility is very beautiful, clean, and has a nice environment."

"We have been staying at The Remington at Valley Ranch going on five years. What we like most about the community is the fact that we are treated very special. They're very kind and considerate and meet our needs. The staff is very professional and very caring. The facilities are very nice. Everything is clean and new. The amenities are very good, and they have enough activities to keep everybody happy. They serve us two meals a day, and the food is good. They have bingo, painting, cards, and most anything that anybody wants to do."

"I toured Pinewood Hills. What I liked most was that they had a beautiful small yard on the first floor. They had a very good-sized bedroom with a bathroom. It was very nice. The only thing I did not like was that they did not offer a kitchen. There's barely room for a microwave. There was no stove or oven. I did not like that, but it seemed very friendly, clean, and nice. The staff who gave the tour was wonderful. She was very good and energetic. However, they need to lower their cost. And they have three meals a day."

"I just moved into The Watermark at Broadway Cityview. I love my apartment. I have a full-sized kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a bedroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had the evening meal and I had breakfast today, and they taste good. The dining area is nice and clean."

"I just moved into The Spring at Silverton yesterday. I like the one-bedroom with the patio, double windows, and patio door with the blinds. I like the appliances like the ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom. They have a bar to get in and out of the tub easily without falling. The washer and dryer is already here. I have a refrigerator and a microwave. I also like that there are two ways to get in. There are a number of things that I love about it. We have activities. We have happy hour in the dining room. Sometimes you can get croissants with coffee for breakfast. There's a nice carpet in the hall for people with bad knees. They will help you in all ways they can, and they check on you. They have activities on your phone to let you know what time activities are starting, so you won't have to miss them. They have a great swimming pool where you can barbecue there. It's private and it's nice. It's pet-friendly, too. The building is very clean. They have exercise activities. They have singers that come in and sing and play music. They have Christian music. There's a pastor that comes by if you want to come down and listen to The Word. Overall, it is on the top. I love it. The neighborhood is nice; they introduced themselves. When the elevator got jammed, they had that fixed that same day."

"The Sales Staff (Cathy) is phenomenal! The process went very smoothly and the working staff greeted us like we were old friends! So impressed with the food and all the activities planned for our he residents. My oldest brother is excited and looking forward to moving in. Amazing experience!"
