"My mother-in-law has settled in at Parc Place and she is very happy with the place. She recommends it highly. They have lots of activities available. The apartments are updated and clean. It's a very cheerful place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful and she loves it. It was also one of the reasons why she chose this place. "

"StoneCreek of North Richland Hills was two stories, and it was extremely nice. It was very impressive. It is an excellent place to go for people who want a really nice place with lots of really good activities, where people are involved with each other, where they can visit, and make friends. It was beautiful and very well planned. They had very large rooms, a large dining room, and a lot of other amenities. Everybody was happy and nice. The people were very engaged there. They had people in wheelchairs and walkers. Barbi was really good and very experienced. She really knew what she was talking about, explained things extremely well, and was very friendly. We liked her. The other people seemed great. There were people at the front desk. They had check-in and a lot of COVID type policies. It was an impressive place. The facility was incredible. They have a library full of books and a chapel. They have little daily devotionals. I noticed they had a piano. On each floor, there is a little gym. They also had chair exercises that people can go to. They have activities set up. The staff talked about some of the people there, and one of them was in a wheelchair and was able to start walking. I was very impressed, and I'm not easily impressed."

"This is a great place. Everyone is very friendly. I say it starts with management who encourage and are so welcoming. From my first meeting with Peggy and then Megan meeting with us to show my Dad around, we were sold. All of the staff do a great job. My Dad felt like it was his new home. Unfortunately, due to health issues, he had to move to a different community. He says his goal is to get strong enough to return to Eden Estates."

"I give Parkwood Independent Living the highest marks! the floor plans are open and spacious. The food is excellent - my family and I ate there many times with our loved one. The staff was not only kind, caring, and professional, there was little turnover which is a big indicator that the management and staff work well together and are happy. I have visited friends in other facilities in the area but Parkwood is still number 1 in my book."

"It had all three levels of care, but I visited the independent living. They told me that it was only built five years ago. It was good, but the rooms were probably average. I saw the dining area. They had three meals a day and there was a snack area where you could pick up snacks any time of the day. For the size of the facility, the dining area seemed to be small, but they told me that if you would go for independent living, you can eat in the assisted living dining room as well. I met one staff member, and she was friendly. She knew what she was talking about. It looked like an apartment building. It's four stories. It seemed to be clean."

"My mother is now a resident of The Westmore. She is in assisted living and she is at the highest level of care. It is a beautiful community. However, our problem has been that since Mother needs such a high level of care, their response time has been very slow. Not only that, they have emergency pull cords but they don't show you that if you need an emergency transfer that it costs extra. Mother had pushed it for 20 minutes, and it was an hour and a half before they responded. Most of the staff are nice, but other than that, I really can't say too much to it. They have a doctor that comes in twice a week, so that's nice. If the resident needs to see a doctor, then they don't have to go out. There are some really nice things about it, and it is a nice place."

"We have signed a lease to go to Attiva Park. It’s under construction right now, but they have just recently renovated all of the rooms, the apartments and the duplexes or the column cottages. They’re all very clean and very neat with new appliances. The office people are extremely friendly and helpful. "

"We like this place more than anything else because it's close to our children and to shopping places. Everything here has been very good. The food is great, and the people are friendly. There are a lot of activities like poker and dominos. If we have any problem, they take care of it in no time at all. We are happy here."

"I'm at The Waterford at Fort Worth. They're good. I think they're one of the best I've ever been in. The staff is very caring. The food is good. It's very clean. If something gets spilled or dropped, it's cleaned up right away. I've been in places where I worry about spills and falling in the spill, and there's none of that here. They're very attentive. The activities are good. They're better than most. They have dominoes, cards, and I really enjoy the bingo. There's usually something to do, even on weekends. It's a very good value."

"Assisted Living. Very spacious for what it is. Very clean and lots of windows. The apartment we visited was 2 bedroom, 2 bath; open living/dining with small kitchen bar. Plenty of elevators, common areas well furnished, and small rooms available for classes, etc .Food was great and all personnel cheerful and helpful. Especially, the personnel was respectful and friendly. "

"She is at the Conservatory at Keller -- very nice, very friendly, well-kept -- and the residents all look very happy. The rooms were very nice, very large, and spacious. It is a very nice restaurant-style dining. They have many activities scheduled, and they have different areas that they are all taking place in; it's very active. "

"I really like Atria Grapevine. It's big, open, and nice. My sister was there for two months. They call it independent and assisted living, but everybody needed much more help than she was. It's kind of geared up both in price and in the community itself as being very assisted living. I really enjoyed the staff. Everybody was good. They had a lot of turnover and new hires while I was there. She complained there weren't enough staff at lunch. They had to wait a long time for meals. She was in a studio, and it was very nice. They let us use the respite room for a couple of weeks. They had a lot going on and a great activity director, but they had a very small activity room. My sister was very involved and had lots to do there. She was very pleased with the food. They're cheaper than a lot of other places."

"We found it and the staff was great. The gentleman that walked us around was very informative and very interested. He used my mother-in-law's name multiple times so he was engaged and paying attention. We know that he is on call. If something happens, he has a pager. We were very pleased with the walkthrough. The rooms were fine. They looked very nice. They have good choices of food. There was a very good social environment. The dining experience was outstanding. They have very active social settings, and they also have transportation to the Grapevine Senior Center which was important for us. A lot of the people there go to the same church as my mother-in-law. They have transportation to the church. They have karaoke night. Also they have a choir that was very important for her. They have a very nice social calendar with great transportation."
