"Lived in a patio home for 4 years and enjoyed every minute of it. The home was spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen, laundry room, separate dining room. Large 2 bed 2 bath with HUGE CLOSETS, large living room, and a lovely front porch with a small front yard. Large enough for my flower pots. yard art, and Christmas decorations. The staff run by Nancy is Excellent as is Jenelle the concierge, Hector the chef, every staff member was dedicated, kind and knowledgeable.. they organized and ran so o o many fun programs everyday. Thank you all for your dedication in helping Senior live their better lives."

"I scheduled a tour with StoneCreek of North Richland Hills and was greeted by the gal who does the tours. My first impression was they have skylights everywhere. It's very open and very light. All the other facilities I've been did not have any natural light. StoneCreek of North Richland Hills has real high ceilings with natural light and the rooms are all surrounding the open area. They have a big open space and a dog park there. We bring our dogs pretty much everywhere with us so when my husband is going to be there, he'd like to see the dogs. He can't keep a dog there in the memory care, but I can bring them and sit outside. That impressed me. They have a $500 deposit that's refundable. It just puts you on the list and there is not a commitment. If they come to my name and my husband is not ready, they just go to the next person on the list. The community is very nice. I think it's fairly new because I remember watching it being built."

"This is a great place. Everyone is very friendly. I say it starts with management who encourage and are so welcoming. From my first meeting with Peggy and then Megan meeting with us to show my Dad around, we were sold. All of the staff do a great job. My Dad felt like it was his new home. Unfortunately, due to health issues, he had to move to a different community. He says his goal is to get strong enough to return to Eden Estates."

"There are 1 or 2 bedrooms with either washer and dryer connections or a free wash area. The food is very good with lots of main course options, plus a full salad bar. the staff from the management to the hired employees are friendly knowing our names from day one. they have daily activities including live music on Thursday, trips to restaurants and ball games, board games, etc. The residents are friendly. I am very satisfied after two years."

"I'm in Emerson South Collins. They have a lot of people in here who should be in assisted living, but that's my personal opinion. What I like best are the people and the staff. Everybody's friendly. They look out for each other. The staff is also very caring. It's institutional food. The structure is old, but they're upgrading it constantly. They're getting ready to start again on the third floor. Every morning, there's a coffee and conversation. There's an exercise. They have seven activities a day. They have a book club, bingo, card club, and dominoes. I like my room. It's great. I have a one-bedroom, and it's perfect for me."

"It had all three levels of care, but I visited the independent living. They told me that it was only built five years ago. It was good, but the rooms were probably average. I saw the dining area. They had three meals a day and there was a snack area where you could pick up snacks any time of the day. For the size of the facility, the dining area seemed to be small, but they told me that if you would go for independent living, you can eat in the assisted living dining room as well. I met one staff member, and she was friendly. She knew what she was talking about. It looked like an apartment building. It's four stories. It seemed to be clean."

"I toured The Westmore's assisted living, and it was very nice. If I could afford it, I would go to that place, but they're way too expensive. The rooms were very nice, but were a little bit smaller."

"I toured The Spring at Silverton. It was a nice community, but I'm on disability, and my income is not enough to get me in there. The staff who gave the tour were very friendly and helpful. The food was okay, and the rooms and common areas were nice."

Medication Management Support: Under direction, we ensure residents take their medications accurately and on schedule, monitoring for any side effects or issues. Safety and Health Monitoring: we are the frontline observer, consistently monitoring residents' physical and mental status, reporting any significant changes (like signs of illness, falls, or emotional distress) to nursing staff or management. Promoting Independence: We encourage and allow residents to do as much for themselves as possible, promoting remaining skills and enhancing self-worth and independence.

"The staff at Broadway Cityview was a five, the dining room a five, and the rooms a five. The problem with me is I'm in a wheelchair, and they're not wheelchair accessible. I'm an amputee, but I'm independent. Their pool does not have a lift, so I would not be able to use that. Their bathroom in the one-bedroom was not wheelchair accessible. The dining room was beautiful. For people who are not in a wheelchair, they are beautiful."

"I toured The Waterford at Fort Worth, and everything was nice. The rooms were nice, and the whole setup was good. It looked clean, and the staff was great."

"Heritage Place Independent Living was a beautiful place. The dining room was really pretty, but the one-bedroom was too small for me. The two-bedroom was beautiful, but pricey. Cleanliness and upkeep were excellent. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. It's very nice, but it was too expensive for me."

"My mom is going to The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. It's a beautiful place, and the average age there is probably mid-80s. There's a lot for them to do if they choose to. Everybody seems very friendly, warm, and helpful. Most of the residents have to be vaccinated. If you're a visitor, you'd have to put a mask on and get your temperature taken."

"We had a productive visit with staff while touring assisted living facilities in the area for our Mother. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and spacious. We especially like the covered front and back patio space. Overall, it is very nice senior living facility!"
