"Dr. Knebl is an exceptional physician, the clinic however, is absolutely unreal. Expect to wait 20-60 minutes for someone to simply answer the phone. I have waited as long as 2 HOURS just to talk to a human! When you finally get a human, don't expect to get any results. I have been waiting 10 days to simply have the doctor complete a form to allow the memory care facility to admit my mother. The request has been faxed to them 4 times and hand delivered once. The only "reason" they have given is that the 4th request had a mistake on the form. I asked what happened to the other 4 requests, they simply refused to answer. I was already under an massive amount of stress from caring for an Alzheimer's patient 24/7, along with making the emotional decision to admit her, UNT Geriatrics was the final straw that reduced me to a sobbing lunatic. The memory care arranged with another physician to schedule an emergency appointment the following morning and we walked out with the necessary form.
