"This a terrible agency with rude employees. My elderly mother was awarded extra hours and we were told it was not financially beneficial for them to staff the extra hours. That tells me that they are only in it for the money and do not have the clients best interest in mind When I found a new agency and called to tell them they yelled at me and asked why I didn't notify them immediately (which it was within 2 hours) and then hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. It was a supervisor (Abby) that I was talking to. I would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional and rude."

"We are using Restoring Function Home Health for my wife at home. They come in, check her temperature, ask her questions if she's OK, and where she hurts. She has an ostomy bag. They look at it to make sure that it isn't getting infected, and everything like that. The caregivers are fine. I'm just not quite sure I understand how they're helping out. They come in, talk to her, take her temperature, and do some stuff like that. As far as anything else, I don't really think they do anything other than ask questions. Communication is pretty good though, no problems with that. They're pretty good when they call to make sure that we're here, as far as coming by and stuff like that."

"I use Aspira Home Health that my primary care doctor advises I use, and my nurse comes once a week to check on me and then sometimes more if needed, like if my blood pressure is up or if I have something else going on, she comes more frequently. They're wonderful. They have always been here when I've needed them. If I've needed extra visits, they're here. They're prompt and on time. I have a supervisor who comes by once a month or once every six weeks and double checks what my regular nurse is doing and they are in contact with my primary care physician if they need to be. They are excellent about checking with my doctor. They do what they say they're going to do. They provide excellent care. They're cheerful and caring. If they can't resolve an issue that day, they get right back to you. They'll call back or they'll call my primary care. Scheduling is fantastic. I don't know about the billing because they directly bill my insurance."

"I can't imagine a more luxurious, well-staffed, caring environment. The facility is gorgeous, and has no "smell". .the staff is attentive, and caring. The food is . .um. . so-so . .but ..most of their patients probably aren't in good enough shape to notice. It's decent enough - not carelessly prepared. Some volunteers to add a little SOMETHING to the plates would be nice - a flower or favor. All the staff goes to great lengths to care for the patients AND help the family. "

"Cuidado Casero Home Health & Hospice had a nurse coming in for skills and therapy. They did PT and OT. One person came over, but he didn't do a lot. Then a second person came over and he was better. He told me more stuff, like what he did with Mom. So that was good. The agency also communicated with me as well. I just started with them a little while ago and so far I have nothing to say about them. The OT comes here for maybe 15-30 minutes, and the nurse comes by for 15 minutes also. Our experience is going OK."
