"HORRIFIC! Never trust this place with an elderly loved one! Best way to describe - abrasive and elusive. Lots of promises followed by no shows and when they do not provide the services and if you dare follow up - the person just screams at you and blames others like the therapist and insurance (which we have written documents to disprove). Then they use their caller ID and just ignore the calls. When keep after it and call attention to their management (husband of owner apparently), they just drop the patient. Their failure to provide adequate services resulted in impact to my Dad's health and posting a review on this site, in hopes of helping other's loved ones avoid the same fate, won't be the only action we take against this place! "

"I had a wonderful experience with both my home physical therapist and home health nurse after a total knee replacement. They always stayed in touch if there was going to be a change to the schedule. They also were great advocates for me with my surgeon, who was not always attentive to my needs post-surgery. My nurse even brought me a healthy meal! They were both so kind and helpful and encouraging. I’ll definitely call them again when I have to do the other knee. "

"Very poorly managed, and caused more problems than they were help. My sister and I care for my elderly bedridden mother. My sister was scheduled for surgery, and we needed someone that could come in and bathe, feed, and change my mom on a daily basis. Outreach Health Services in Austin, Texas agreed to take the job in advance, and came out the day before my sister was scheduled for surgery. A manager and the worker who was to care for my mom were present. They agreed to the job, took our check, and then called back the night before my sister was scheduled for surgery with a problem. Their local supervisor said, that their "professional" health care worker wasn't "comfortable" changing diapers, and proceeded with the "upsell" pitch for more hours. Numerous calls later to various managers corrected the problem, or so we thought. They waited until my sister was in the hospital, and had just had her surgery to let us know that they would not be able to fufill their obligation, and even wanted to return our check and cancel the service, if we were not willing to upgrade. Very unprofessional, no coordination between management, and workers who do not feel "comfortable" changing an elderly woman's diaper. Their voicemail by their own admission "does not" work. Wow, what can I say, other than "not recommended.""

He had macular degeneration and no one would find him a TV he could see. the ones they have are 12 inches. Every time he went for PT they would stop not even half way through and take him back to his room. The only good thing was the occupational therapist. "
