"When I used Olive Branch services I was treated with compassion, the nurses would call to notify me or remind me of the next appointment. They were caring, respectful, and compassionate. I was recommended to this home health agency by family of my friends. They were satisfied with their services as well. If I were not home, they would leave a note by the door that said they were sorry they missed me, and to call them for rescheduling the appointment. They remember my birthday and called me besides sending me a birthday card. It was nice to be taken in consideration. They contacted Meals on Wheels when my food storage was low and had not much in the fridge. They offered more than nurses coming to my home, they also had HHA, PT, and also provider services. My friends that I also recommended had no complaints with this agency. They were treated with respect and consideration, and their instructions in disease management were always clear, at the end they will always leave me notes that reminded me what the medications were for and when to take them. "I had a Total Knee Replacement and left the hospital on a Friday night. The Home Health company was suppose to come to my house on Saturday at 7:30 pm to discuss in home Physical Therapy and do an evaluation. The representative did not show or call. I called the number I had and was unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full. I received a call from the representative on Sunday asking if I had called that number the day before and who was I. I explained and he stated that he was stuck at another job on Saturday and was unable to come out but will be there on Sunday at 7:30 pm. Again, no show no call. I received a call from him and he came out to do the intial evaluation on Monday. They were very disorganized and were flinging papers all over the coffee table. After his evaluation he stated he would have the Physical Therapist come out and evaluation me and then set up and schedule the visits. I did not hear from anyone until Thursday (almost a week after being home) and the therapist came out to do the initial PT Eval. He spent 15 minutes looking for a sign in sheet that was not in my chart folder (no wonder there were papers all over the place so unorganized on Monday) and then took my blood pressure. He asked me to walk and he watched and stated I was doing good. Yes folks, that was it. That was the PT EVal. He stated he would have someone come out next week to start the therapy. Dont use this company, number 1 they do not keep any promises on scheduling visits, number 2, I dont think they sent a licensed PT to evaluate me, and number 3 when I called to called they said they didnt care, that it was okay I was leaving. So Unprofessional. "
