Steadfast has provided my father with immense care. From PT to Nurses, they have all did an excellent job in taking care of my father and making sure that he is comfortable and okay. They have also gone above and beyond to visit my father even if it is out of frequency as it was a request. My father loved Steadfast and we cannot thank them enough.

This agency has gone above and beyond to care for my father. We have put my father in several homehealth's, but this one is the agency we will stick with. They are all very nice including the PT's and nurses. They are always available to answer questions or concerns. I would recommend Steadfast to those who are looking for a Homehealth.

We have not had success with this provider. The physical therapist never comes as scheduled, the nurse and aide have several weeks off without any regular substitute being sent, and have been unable to do the billing correctly to obtain payment from blue cross blue shield. They have left us without help without any prior notice. On the better side, the regular nurse and aide were kind and compassionate.

Compassionate caretaker

Steadfast Home Healthcare provided services for our loved one for several months during 2015-16. During this time, we had multiple nurses, physical therapists & bath personnel. The physical therapists who assisted our loved one were excellent!! The nurses need additional training & are not as knowledgeable as they should be. Their lack of knowledge & concern is a significant issue. At that time, you don't have access to excellent doctors, so their medical expertise is critical. Out loved one had a serious urinary infection that was not detected. Be very careful here!!!!! Some of the bath assistants definitely need to be more loving.

Hands down the best service in houston, we use them at our assisted living facility SUNSET VILLA ASSISTED LIVING. We love Nancy, Vincent, Zach, Erica, Ana of course the owner Angie is the sweetest person I know.
