A manager and the worker who was to care for my mom were present. They agreed to the job, took our check, and then called back the night before my sister was scheduled for surgery with a problem. Their local supervisor said, that their "professional" health care worker wasn't "comfortable" changing diapers, and proceeded with the "upsell" pitch for more hours. Numerous calls later to various managers corrected the problem, or so we thought.
