We chose Trinity after reading the positive reviews of other families who had taken their loved ones there. I am so happy we did. He received all of his therapy services daily from very caring professionals. From the moment he got there till the end of his stay there, we saw him make significant progress every day. My dad told us he felt very safe and cared for while there and that meant everything to us. I truly appreciate the professionalism and expertise provided throughout his stay. "My husband is back at Ignite Medical Resort Round Rock. I'm very impressed with the rooms. I've noticed that most people prefer to eat in the rooms because they are generous in size. They all have a big, beautiful window. It's wide. It's like this double pane and then there's a smaller long one at the top, so you get a view of the sky when you're sitting or lying here. Skilled nursing is phenomenal. I'm very impressed with the skilled nurses and their assistants. I have nothing negative to say about it. They have extra little perks such as a solarium, where Starbucks is at. It's a big room with comfortable seating, and the windows go all the way up. They are huge. It's one of my favorite rooms to sit in with my husband. And they have like little sitting nooks throughout the place for everybody to use. They've got books and they've got games. The food is pretty good. Everybody is very pleasant. I have not had a bad experience. I'm very pleased. I would highly recommend Ignite. My husband says he is very safe and happy here. And we're blessed enough to have the same nursing staff. When somebody is suffering from dementia, it's nice that they can come to the same nurses. The building is very inviting and pleasing. They have bingo. With physical therapy, they have little groups that exercise. If I have to go any place with my husband, I would be so happy to come back. I am so happy to see the nurses. They have made a difference."

"When my husband had an ankle replacement, he went to Reliant Rehab as an inpatient. I believe he was there for a week. It is a beautiful facility, sparkling clean! My husband also said it is a wonderful place. He had a private room that was spacious enough for him. They have a cafeteria where patients', visitors and family can eat and their food is excellent. My husband enjoyed their food too. We actually had a friend who was one of the cooks there and he made sure that they're cooking something that Gerry really like. I loved the administrator of this facility. He is a young paraplegic and he is just fabulous. All of the physical therapists that we have used are also excellent and very caring. My husband was very happy there as much as he could be in the circumstances. "

"Food was generally good. Sometimes it was very good. I was a rehab patient. I came in completely disabled and left in a manual wheelchair. Although I was still contagious, the staff worked with me to get me functional again. During the day, the staff was very attentive. Medications were delivered on time. Food was delivered on time. You could choose to eat alone or with other patients, once I was taken off the contagious list. Physical therapy began soon after breakfast. the PT staff was enthusiastic, positive, and encouraging. They had developed a plan that would help strengthen me and prepare me for walking. At night, however, it was a different story. Staff was non-responsive to the call light, so I was reduced to calling out for help. It was not a good situation, especially since I could not move from my bed without help."

"My wife was in Sagebrook for 8 months. The staff was always friendly and helpful. One aid stood out (LIZ). The food was good most of the time. I have no complaints about anything. I was happy with the care and attention given to my wife."

"When one of your parents is in trouble and you quickly have to find a place for them to receive in-house rehab, physical and occupational therapy, you are naturally concerned you are choosing the right place for them. After a significant health scare last month, my Dad and I found ourselves in just that position. My Mom was hospitalized - then needed continued help, and fast. She was accepted to Park Place Care Center, and my Dad and I took her there ourselves. Having not been to the facility, my Dad and I were worried we had made the right choice. We could not have been more pleased. From the second we walked in the door, every single person who worked there smiled at us and said hello. They made us all feel welcome and comfortable with the situation. They immediately made my Mom comfortable in her room, and then asked all the right questions of us to allow us to be part of her care journey there. There was not a weak link in the chain of care at Park Place: from the quality nurses, to the nutritionist who took a great deal of time to find out what Mom would really like for meals, to the facility staff, to the amazing physical therapy team, we could not have been happier with her care. Because of the diligence of the entire team at Park Place, and the uplifting and supportive way they treated Mom, she was able to quickly get back on her feet, and was home in less than 2 weeks. They even inspired her to continue her physical therapy and rehab on her own, once she got home. And she is actually looking forward to it now! The facility is under new management, and although it appears that the old management team was lacking, the new Park Place team is certainly not. This new Park Place team is really great - and though the facility is not fancy or high end - it is super clean and full of people who truly care about their patients. THAT is what Dad and I wished for Mom - a safe, clean, caring place for Mom to regain her strength. Thanks to their hard work at Park Place, we got much more than we ever hoped. "

"Therapy is A + Number 1 Had it not been for their help and encouragement I would not have advanced as fast as I did! Nursing staff was super and very helpful! I was very satisfied with everyone. "I'm very happy with Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation. My friend has COVID right now, but they've kept me informed of everything. The nurses seem nice and the place is clean. I'm very happy with it. They've done an outstanding job for my friend's condition. The upkeep is very clean and very organized. The yard looks good. It's very open. I like that. It kind of gives you a warm feeling that you're not in a nursing home, but you're in a home. The services are very good and very nice. Even on their days off, I text them and they've answered. So, they are wonderful. They have something every day for the residents and they keep them active. They had a Halloween party. He is not in a condition to do a lot of activities, but I see that it looks like every day, they have three or four different things that they can all participate in. The food looks good, too. It's OK."

"New Hope Manor is a very nice facility. It is accommodating, and it has a very friendly atmosphere. The residents are friendly. The staff as well as the residents receive my sister with open arms. I look forward to her becoming a resident there. The nursing staff is excited about helping her with her health concerns. The occupational or physical therapy caregiver is very open. She was kind of working with my sister to see what she could do to help get her stronger physically. My sister had a stroke, and she has been struggling to walk. She's been falling a lot, so they're committed to helping to resolve some of the issues. The staff is awesome."

"My father is currently in Pflugerville Care Center. My mother just got out of there. They are very caring, lovely people. They are short staffed, but I really have nothing negative to say about the staff because it takes special people to do that. The rooms are OK. They have two people in one room, but the TV is only in front of one bed. Luckily, my parents were in the same room together, but at first my father had a roommate and the TV was in front of his roommate, so he didn't get to really participate in much TV watching, which was depressing for him, of course. It's one of the better nursing homes that I have been in because this is not the first rehab my father's been in. Neither one of my parents got sick and they've been vaccinated. They've got excellent food, and my parents said it's so good. That's a definite plus. My dad's social worker says a lot of the staff has been out there for lots of years and they're passionate about what they do. It takes special people again to do that job and do it with a smile, and I saw it many times. Somebody ran into the main entrance, so no one is allowed to go into the main door. You have to go around to the back of it right now. It's a bit inconvenient because my mother has a broken back and she's on a walker and a back brace. I drive around back and they allow me to drop her off."

"My mother has already gone into Heartland Health Care Center. I wanted something that did have Medicaid in case we do run out of money because $4500 a month does add up fast no matter how much money you have. I love the courtyard aspect of it. The people were lovely, and it was an older facility which my mother would like. She’s very happy there. The staff has been great; service has been wonderful. Any issues I’ve had, I’ve talked them over with them, and it’s been dealt with and resolved, so I’m very happy. The interesting thing is that she has always said she likes to be alone. She came in with really no friends, just me and family. She is one of those women that sits at the front and waves to everybody and says hello. They have a bus that takes them out at least twice a month, and they’d go out shopping and they’d go to Big Lots. Once a month, they do the mystery ride where they just drive around in the bus, and it’s one of their favorites. "

"So, from the outside, this looks like an older nursing home. It's inside, the people that make the huge difference!!! My Mom was here for a week and received excellent care, from the admissions (Brian was AWESOME), to the social services (thanks for everything Lynn), to the PTs, OTs, nurses (sorry I didn't get all your names). I would DEFINITELY recommend this facility to anyone looking for "transitional" care. Thanks to all who made this a pleasant experience. "

"My mother has been at this facility a little over two years, I am extremely involved and pop in to visit very sporadically- I must say I have been pleasantly surprised to see that the majority of her care takers seem to generally care for her- my mother is no walk in the park and can be verbally abusive and just plain mean at times- yet staff seems to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor around her- especially Eli, he seems to have a positive outlook and is always willing to lend a helping hand. She was initially admitted for physical therapy following extensive surgery and several strokes- we thought she would be only there for a few weeks but unfortunately it turned in to a much longer stay. The PT director, Debbie was amazing, going out of her way to work with mom to make progress which would lead to her being able to be up and moving now, I do not think we would be as advanced as we are today without Debbie's help! The majority of the CNA's there are friendly and helpful. The food is good, my mom enjoys eating there and often times tells me the food "is really good", and the times I have been there to eat with her in the cafeteria, they did have very tasty meals. My mother developed a bedsore from a hospital stay- stage 4- so it was extremely bad, the wound care nurse there- Jennifer was amazing at caring for it. She would make sure to send me progress reports and track the size, depth and make sure all medications were administered when they should have been- the PA, Christina was phenomenal- she would make sure mom was always comfortable and would periodically review mothers medications and make informed suggestions regarding her care. Christina is a Godsend to this facility for sure!! My mother's assigned nurse, Kusum is invaluable to making sure moms care is successful, she is very attentive and helpful, my mother calls her, daughter-that alone speaks to the relationship she has fostered with her!! Why did I wait over TWO years to write a review.... its because consistency matters!! Any facility can treat your loved one good one or two days.. but for a solid two years my mother has received excellent care. When I have spoken to the facility director, Adrianna, I have always been greeted with a smile and a very responsive and positive attitude, I believe that when there is good leadership there is a positive environment, and that seems to be the case here. I am glad I did my research initially and choose this facility for my mothers care."

"My sister, fortunately, was referred to stay at Gracey Wood II a little over two years ago for hospice care. I have experienced a lot of different care centers for family members over my 77 + years but their facility is BY FAR the best and most consistent quality care center I have ever seen. Every time I would visit I had nothing but the best experience with their entire staff, protocols and cleanliness. They have been such a relief to me and my other family members to know that our sister was treated so well, humanely and professionally. She passed away two days ago and we will always be so thankful for the way they took such great care of her! Thank you to Gracey Woos II and their entire staff and administration!
