My sister, fortunately, was referred to stay at Gracey Wood II a little over two years ago for hospice care. I have experienced a lot of different care centers for family members over my 77 + years but their facility is BY FAR the best and most consistent quality care center I have ever seen. Every time I would visit I had nothing but the best experience with their entire staff, protocols and cleanliness. They have been such a relief to me and my other family members to know that our sister was treated so well, humanely and professionally. She passed away two days ago and we will always be so thankful for the way they took such great care of her! Thank you to Gracey Woos II and their entire staff and administration! This is a wonderful facility with great and very caring staff. Our mother stayed here for 2 years and she was very well cared for. The staff was only a phone call away, and the facility is very cleaned and in order. The Management at this facility was very kind and always responded quickly via email and/or phone calls.

This place is amazing. We toured over 12 facilities in our area before we decided this was the right fit. The activities director is so caring and amazing at finding the right activities to keep residents engaged. I'm often there at meal times, all the direct care staff spend so much time with each person making sure their needs are met during and after meals. This place is a hidden gem.

Resident is routinely left for an hour in wet and soiled underwear. As an RN I know the dangers of skin break down. It took several hours for someone to charge a resident’s phone. The resident cannot do it for herself. It is the only means of communication she has with the outside world. Most of the staff does not speak English and the facility is always grossly understaffed.

My mother-in-law is at Gracy Woods II. It is a very nice place. I like it. It is organized and clean. They have the normal activities you would see in most nursing homes or assisted living places. They have different things. The staff members are very attentive and very courteous to the residents' needs. The rooms are very nice and very clean. They provide activities, transportation, and outings. They provide most anything you need there.

My mom had been in Gracy Woods. This was a fair place. They were not as attentive as I would like them to be, but the ones that were, they were very good. My mom had a shared room, but I preferred a private room. It was very fair though. I could bring my mom’s dog up to visit her; I like that because not all of them do that.
