"When my husband had an ankle replacement, he went to Reliant Rehab as an inpatient. I believe he was there for a week. It is a beautiful facility, sparkling clean! My husband also said it is a wonderful place. He had a private room that was spacious enough for him. They have a cafeteria where patients', visitors and family can eat and their food is excellent. My husband enjoyed their food too. We actually had a friend who was one of the cooks there and he made sure that they're cooking something that Gerry really like. I loved the administrator of this facility. He is a young paraplegic and he is just fabulous. All of the physical therapists that we have used are also excellent and very caring. My husband was very happy there as much as he could be in the circumstances. "

"My mother recently passed away after a year and a half of stroke complications. I am so thankful for the care she received at Bel Air. I toured a few dozen facilities before choosing this one for my mother. It was absolutely the right choice. The nurses were honest and caring and shared funny stories about their interactions with my mom. There were occasionally things my mom would ask for, or changes in care needed as she progressed and Audry the head nurse was always easy to work with and on top of what was needed. No nursing home is perfect, and no facility will feel exactly like home, but Bel Air is run well, and full of staff that care and will try to make your loved one feel at home. I know my mother was as comfortable and happy as possible for her final year and I couldn't recommend them more. "

"OUTSTANDING!!! My mother has lived at Falcon Ridge since it opened several months ago, after living in another facility for 2 and a half years. Let me tell you, the quality of care is unsurpassed!! From the minute you step in the door, you realize you have entered a special place. The cornerstone of this facility is the high expectations and leadership of it's administrator, Chris. He is completely committed to running the best nursing facility I have yet to come across. He is motivated, professional, compassionate and goes "above and beyond"! Also, Charles, the Director of Nursing is amazing! He leads by example, requiring the best from his nurses and CNA's. Charles is the perfect blend of professional and fun! Together, they are an unbeatable team. The therapy and rehab departments are incredible and the activities director is young and energetic. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff at Falcon Ridge. They enhance the beautiful physical environment with their work ethic and compassion and help make Falcon Ridge a safe and HAPPY place for loved ones. I cannot imagine my mother living anywhere else. I would HIGHLY recommend Falcon Ridge to any and everyone who is looking for rehabilitation care or a long term home for a loved one. "

"My father is currently in Pflugerville Care Center. My mother just got out of there. They are very caring, lovely people. They are short staffed, but I really have nothing negative to say about the staff because it takes special people to do that. The rooms are OK. They have two people in one room, but the TV is only in front of one bed. Luckily, my parents were in the same room together, but at first my father had a roommate and the TV was in front of his roommate, so he didn't get to really participate in much TV watching, which was depressing for him, of course. It's one of the better nursing homes that I have been in because this is not the first rehab my father's been in. Neither one of my parents got sick and they've been vaccinated. They've got excellent food, and my parents said it's so good. That's a definite plus. My dad's social worker says a lot of the staff has been out there for lots of years and they're passionate about what they do. It takes special people again to do that job and do it with a smile, and I saw it many times. Somebody ran into the main entrance, so no one is allowed to go into the main door. You have to go around to the back of it right now. It's a bit inconvenient because my mother has a broken back and she's on a walker and a back brace. I drive around back and they allow me to drop her off."

"We got my sister into The Center at Parmer, which was more of a skilled nursing rehab center, and that worked out great. They were very good. Her room was plenty big and it had everything we needed. They brought her food up to her. I never went to the dining area. They had the people they needed to help my sister, and that was all we were concerned with. We didn't have to pay anything. Parking was plenty good."

"I visited Cottonwood Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation. The staff was very responsive. Cottonwood is a little more of a nursing home feel. It was very clean and very well kept. Like I said, very caring individuals, but it is just a little bit more sterile. It is a different environment. The rooms basically looked like a hospital room. They have a hospital bed, two closets, a big round table, two comfortable-type sitting chair, an in-table and the table that swings across the bed. They have a TV on the wall and built-in cupboard. "

"My husband arrived at Winsor Duval in September 2017 when he came Windsor he was falling daily had been 3 previous facilities and by the time he got to Windsor he was on so many psych meds. The staff at Windsor discontinued all psych meds, he's now goes to the bathroom and does not use it on himself he attends activities and now has a better quality of life. I would recommend this place, it's not pretty but the staff is very caring."

"My mother-in-law is at Gracy Woods II. It is a very nice place. I like it. It is organized and clean. They have the normal activities you would see in most nursing homes or assisted living places. They have different things. The staff members are very attentive and very courteous to the residents' needs. The rooms are very nice and very clean. They provide activities, transportation, and outings. They provide most anything you need there."

"The staff was nothing but great. They made my stay, however short, that much more comfortable and secure. I have never been in this type of situation before and I will always be grateful for their caring treatment of me. "

"My mother has already gone into Heartland Health Care Center. I wanted something that did have Medicaid in case we do run out of money because $4500 a month does add up fast no matter how much money you have. I love the courtyard aspect of it. The people were lovely, and it was an older facility which my mother would like. She’s very happy there. The staff has been great; service has been wonderful. Any issues I’ve had, I’ve talked them over with them, and it’s been dealt with and resolved, so I’m very happy. The interesting thing is that she has always said she likes to be alone. She came in with really no friends, just me and family. She is one of those women that sits at the front and waves to everybody and says hello. They have a bus that takes them out at least twice a month, and they’d go out shopping and they’d go to Big Lots. Once a month, they do the mystery ride where they just drive around in the bus, and it’s one of their favorites. "

"My mother was in rehab at Park Place Care Center for just a few weeks. The staff was very nice and very helpful, and they worked hard to make her as comfortable as possible. You had to make reservations ahead of time to see your loved one, but that was no problem as long as you made reservations ahead of time. They were very nice and accommodating. This facility was decent. She did not like the food, but she was very picky, and they had problems with the staff in the kitchen. It's expensive."

"Cedar View is everything I had hoped it would be. Professional, well qualified, compassionate staff made my husband's hospice staff a peaceful experience. I could always count on Cedar View to provide everything my husband required to make his last days easier. "

"New Hope Manor was nice. It was a little farther than I wanted to drive. The staff was very nice. We just toured it and talked to them. It was another good place that I thought was nice. There was a man and a woman who assisted me. They were very nice and very caring, and they explained things. The room was very clean. While we were visiting, they were doing activities with the people in the memory care. I saw the meal, and it looked decent and good."
