"Trinity Care Center has been part of the Round Rock community for years. The facility has a very "homey" feel which is a good fit for the relative who is there. Meals are tasty and varied enough to be interesting. However, the main reason we love Trinity Care Center is the employees - from the maintenance crew to the nursing staff, nursing aides, activities director, business and front desk staff. Without exception they have been kind, caring, and willing to do everything they can to keep the resident (and family) happy and comfortable."

"Food was generally good. Sometimes it was very good. I was a rehab patient. I came in completely disabled and left in a manual wheelchair. Although I was still contagious, the staff worked with me to get me functional again. During the day, the staff was very attentive. Medications were delivered on time. Food was delivered on time. You could choose to eat alone or with other patients, once I was taken off the contagious list. Physical therapy began soon after breakfast. the PT staff was enthusiastic, positive, and encouraging. They had developed a plan that would help strengthen me and prepare me for walking. At night, however, it was a different story. Staff was non-responsive to the call light, so I was reduced to calling out for help. It was not a good situation, especially since I could not move from my bed without help."

"The staff was nothing but great. They made my stay, however short, that much more comfortable and secure. I have never been in this type of situation before and I will always be grateful for their caring treatment of me. "

"When my husband had an ankle replacement, he went to Reliant Rehab as an inpatient. I believe he was there for a week. It is a beautiful facility, sparkling clean! My husband also said it is a wonderful place. He had a private room that was spacious enough for him. They have a cafeteria where patients', visitors and family can eat and their food is excellent. My husband enjoyed their food too. We actually had a friend who was one of the cooks there and he made sure that they're cooking something that Gerry really like. I loved the administrator of this facility. He is a young paraplegic and he is just fabulous. All of the physical therapists that we have used are also excellent and very caring. My husband was very happy there as much as he could be in the circumstances. "

"My mother has been at this facility for about a month now and we just cannot believe what a difference this has made to her quality of life!! She is surrounded by loving staff that genually care for the elderly and their needs!! Needless to say the nursing home she was at before does not compare to the care she is getting now!! The doctors evaluated her medications and it turns out that with just a few adjustments she is coming back to her old self! She is no longer in a "zombie" state, which I believe was easier for the staff at the other facility to handle multiple patients!!! In any case, my family and I are feeling so blessed, with so much sense of relief that my mother is safe and in caring hands!! Now I must also mention how beautiful Falcon ridge is!!! Wow!! It's more like stepping into a resort!!! Beautifully decorated, large semi private rooms and the meals are also beautifully presented!! I love this place!! A big thank you to Chris the head of administration, Charles, head of nursing and all of the other staff that helped my mom adjust to her new surroundings!!! I highly recommend this beautiful facility to anyone who is looking to place a loved one who is planning a short stay or an ever lasting home! "

"New Hope Manor is a very nice facility. It is accommodating, and it has a very friendly atmosphere. The residents are friendly. The staff as well as the residents receive my sister with open arms. I look forward to her becoming a resident there. The nursing staff is excited about helping her with her health concerns. The occupational or physical therapy caregiver is very open. She was kind of working with my sister to see what she could do to help get her stronger physically. My sister had a stroke, and she has been struggling to walk. She's been falling a lot, so they're committed to helping to resolve some of the issues. The staff is awesome."

"My father is currently in Pflugerville Care Center. My mother just got out of there. They are very caring, lovely people. They are short staffed, but I really have nothing negative to say about the staff because it takes special people to do that. The rooms are OK. They have two people in one room, but the TV is only in front of one bed. Luckily, my parents were in the same room together, but at first my father had a roommate and the TV was in front of his roommate, so he didn't get to really participate in much TV watching, which was depressing for him, of course. It's one of the better nursing homes that I have been in because this is not the first rehab my father's been in. Neither one of my parents got sick and they've been vaccinated. They've got excellent food, and my parents said it's so good. That's a definite plus. My dad's social worker says a lot of the staff has been out there for lots of years and they're passionate about what they do. It takes special people again to do that job and do it with a smile, and I saw it many times. Somebody ran into the main entrance, so no one is allowed to go into the main door. You have to go around to the back of it right now. It's a bit inconvenient because my mother has a broken back and she's on a walker and a back brace. I drive around back and they allow me to drop her off."

"My mother has already gone into Heartland Health Care Center. I wanted something that did have Medicaid in case we do run out of money because $4500 a month does add up fast no matter how much money you have. I love the courtyard aspect of it. The people were lovely, and it was an older facility which my mother would like. She’s very happy there. The staff has been great; service has been wonderful. Any issues I’ve had, I’ve talked them over with them, and it’s been dealt with and resolved, so I’m very happy. The interesting thing is that she has always said she likes to be alone. She came in with really no friends, just me and family. She is one of those women that sits at the front and waves to everybody and says hello. They have a bus that takes them out at least twice a month, and they’d go out shopping and they’d go to Big Lots. Once a month, they do the mystery ride where they just drive around in the bus, and it’s one of their favorites. "

"So, from the outside, this looks like an older nursing home. It's inside, the people that make the huge difference!!! My Mom was here for a week and received excellent care, from the admissions (Brian was AWESOME), to the social services (thanks for everything Lynn), to the PTs, OTs, nurses (sorry I didn't get all your names). I would DEFINITELY recommend this facility to anyone looking for "transitional" care. Thanks to all who made this a pleasant experience. "

"My sister, fortunately, was referred to stay at Gracey Wood II a little over two years ago for hospice care. I have experienced a lot of different care centers for family members over my 77 + years but their facility is BY FAR the best and most consistent quality care center I have ever seen. Every time I would visit I had nothing but the best experience with their entire staff, protocols and cleanliness. They have been such a relief to me and my other family members to know that our sister was treated so well, humanely and professionally. She passed away two days ago and we will always be so thankful for the way they took such great care of her! Thank you to Gracey Woos II and their entire staff and administration!
