When I used Olive Branch services I was treated with compassion, the nurses would call to notify me or remind me of the next appointment. They were caring, respectful, and compassionate. I was recommended to this home health agency by family of my friends. They were satisfied with their services as well. If I were not home, they would leave a note by the door that said they were sorry they missed me, and to call them for rescheduling the appointment. They remember my birthday and called me besides sending me a birthday card. It was nice to be taken in consideration. They contacted Meals on Wheels when my food storage was low and had not much in the fridge. They offered more than nurses coming to my home, they also had HHA, PT, and also provider services. My friends that I also recommended had no complaints with this agency. They were treated with respect and consideration, and their instructions in disease management were always clear, at the end they will always leave me notes that reminded me what the medications were for and when to take them. I received a green plant, that has grown and continues growing. They were loyal and kind hearted, and I will never forget their treat towards me.
