Hi Lynn, thank you for your review! As you noticed, we put an emphasis on resident social interaction and engagement. On-site activities, such as dancing, cooking and resident outings to local attractions help create a sense of normalcy and purpose. These engagements help prevent boredom, boost confidence, develop friendships and provide opportunities for new experiences. Through individualized dementia specific engagement plans, we are able to offer activities that match each resident's personal preferences and needs! Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.

As you noticed, Silverado Sugar Land is a warm, lively place where hobbies and interaction flourish and engagement is constant. We offer personalized engagement plans that are individualized to each resident’s specific needs and preferences We are sensitive to the needs of residents that may need quieter activities and, therefore, offer a variety of age-appropriate activities. Creating a safe, lively environment where residents can thrive is our top priority. We have found that many of our residents benefit from sharing a double occupancy room and are more likely to remain active and social.
