This company does not train their home health aids right. They hire them with out certifications or any back ground experience in health care. Many do not even know how to take vitals correctly and do not arrive on time or just don’t show up. Complaints have been made to the agent but they don’t seem to care .

I would not recommend this agency ! Their aids are not certified, & dont seem to know what they are doing. Their nurses dont even show up on time or dont even show up at all.

Company, has gone down in quality,mangment has changed, & the people they hiring to work w/the patients dont know what they are doing. I will not use them again.
