We're using Memorial Hermann Home Health Services for my mother-in-law. They're assisting her with personal needs and medical needs. She's happy with all the services they're providing for her, but I'm in Austin and I'm not privy to a daily evaluation. It's allowing her to stay in her own home, and that's ultimately what she wanted.

I am writing to express and overall rating of my experience by the physical therapy from Memorial Hermann Home Care at the North Houston office location (920 Frostwood Dr.). The expertise and professionalism are highly dissatisfaction. About several weeks ago my 1st in home physical therapy service, the P/T try to adjust my left knee which left my left leg crucial pain, sore & knee bruise. In addition, I am very frustrated of the expertise and professionalism from the P/T after I stated many times, please do not call to schedule any session for me until I have an opportunity to sees my primary Doctor about the bruise and legal claims. The P/T immediately stated back that will D/C (discharge) my session, which it was never request by me. It was uncalled and unprofessionalism by the P/T to assumed. Unfortunately, it still continues by the P/T and P/T teams to continues calling me to schedule my next session like nothing it happens. The worst (scary) part is that no P/T ever ask how my knee/leg recovering or not. As a senior this multiple called keep interrupted my daily routine of rest and as today, I am still not recovered or walk stable due to my 1st physical therapy incident. I hope within office communication & follow direction need to be address in Senior service care more skill & compassionate. Painful & Bruise

The nurse saw the order for woundcare 3 times per week and said he could only change the dressing once a week because they were short of nurses. Then he ordered $1,933.40 of surgical dressings and sending me a bill (20%=$386.68 for a box which I could buy retail fo $50 or less). Then They get their feelings hurt if you ask the hard questions like, “what is your temperature” before you come into my home. When the nurse’s temperature was 100.4 F and was turned away this one day, they discontinued all services even with an active woundcare order. and reported to my MD inaccurately that I no longer needed home healthcare (retaliatory) who, the MD, discontinued all home health services causing me to get the woundcare ordered by another MD. Then called the subsequent home health agency saying they were the doctors office saing I was not qualified for home health and withdrawing orders for home health.

Called to order cpac supplies and was sent the wrong item. tried to correct the item but the employee stated that she didn't have any idea about what mask I wanted. Ended up using the mask they wanted me to use. Don't even think about paying on line. The web site to pay isn't listed and you will never find the correct web address. It isn't listed on the bill. The statement was marked April 3, 2017 and I didn't receive my bill until 4/12 and it was due by the 18th called and told the 13 digit account number was for another web address

Within one year my dad has had several strokes and needed outpatient rehab once release from the hospital and in patient rehab. The office staff and the therapist ( especially Emmanual) have been caring and warm all while pushing him to improve in a positive way. My dad also has Alzheimer's which sometimes makes things a bit more challenging but they have met our needs and exceeded them.
