Care Providers Should Care!

HORRIFIC! Never trust this place with an elderly loved one! Best way to describe - abrasive and elusive. Lots of promises followed by no shows and when they do not provide the services and if you dare follow up - the person just screams at you and blames others like the therapist and insurance (which we have written documents to disprove). Then they use their caller ID and just ignore the calls. When keep after it and call attention to their management (husband of owner apparently), they just drop the patient. Their failure to provide adequate services resulted in impact to my Dad's health and posting a review on this site, in hopes of helping other's loved ones avoid the same fate, won't be the only action we take against this place!
