There is a physical therapist and occupational therapist; she doesn’t need much about it, but they just stay in touch with you and the physical therapist most possibly. "

"This a terrible agency with rude employees. My elderly mother was awarded extra hours and we were told it was not financially beneficial for them to staff the extra hours. That tells me that they are only in it for the money and do not have the clients best interest in mind When I found a new agency and called to tell them they yelled at me and asked why I didn't notify them immediately (which it was within 2 hours) and then hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. It was a supervisor (Abby) that I was talking to. I would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional and rude."

We are trying to get palliative care right now, which will have a nurse in it. They have been with us for a year now. They are here much for me as they are for him. They do housekeeping, laundry, and kind of anything I need at that time. They provide help with his needs like if he needs a meal or a walk or anything like that. I take care of the bathing. It’s a companion kind of thing. The caregiver is very friendly, and she works hard. I don't have any problems with her. She is available when I need her. She comes two days a week, and we're looking at increasing that to three, but if I need a special time or something, she'll come and sit with him. Billing goes to the VA, so I don't see it. The experience has been pleasant and efficient, and it works for me. They're not perfect, but they do a good job."

I have tried to pay this company on numerous occasions and have even talked with their representatives by phone. In todays world, you would think you could pay this online, but this company has no way to do that, which is why I was communicating with them regarding payment. They are requesting old fashion ways of paying, which I'd like for them to set up ways to get their payment online. Therefore, they've decided to provide this to a collection agency who's charging almost double. Sorry, but the only amount that will get paid is what I owe, which is $95.
