The doctor's office sent Rosa's First Quality Home Care to take care of my dad. They did a very good job. He broke his hip, so they came and gave him muscle therapy that very much helped him. The therapists were very good and professional, so we're very satisfied. We didn't have any problems with the management in terms of billing and scheduling.

Experienced staffing issues. Sent caregivers with lil to no knowledge or skills for my needs. Willing to work with that but attendants admitted to looking for a job that pays more than $8 an hour. Office staff nice friendly and patient but their Internal peer to peer communication is bad. The true power seems to rest in the hand of the schedulers and they always seemed overwhelmed and not on top of their jobs-required too many reminders and full of excuses sometimes honesty was an issue. Report all issues to case managers and escalate to office manager when necessary they will work with you and try to assist but they need a better way to track and monitor the schedulers.
