Concerned for my mother

This a terrible agency with rude employees. My elderly mother was awarded extra hours and we were told it was not financially beneficial for them to staff the extra hours. That tells me that they are only in it for the money and do not have the clients best interest in mind When I found a new agency and called to tell them they yelled at me and asked why I didn't notify them immediately (which it was within 2 hours) and then hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. It was a supervisor (Abby) that I was talking to. I would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional and rude.

This is the worst agency ever. I was a client needing services, and in the 6 months I was with them they sent me (5) bad Aides. In the last week I found out that they just called people who had put their name on a list that were looking for jobs, and hired them. In one week they sent me a three(3)terrible people, all not qualified to work as Aides. And the worst part of all is that I found out that they didn't even do background checks on these people. They had one person come and work for a day and a half only to call her in and tell me that she didn't pass the criminal background check. This I had found out was the same for all (3) sent to me that week. Then they asked me if I would accept a man, as if I should just open my door to Thieves,Rapists,Murderers etc...just so their agency can get paid! If you value yourself and your loved ones, please don't use this agency.
