If you care for a family member then STAY AWAY from these people. They are incompetent, unable to co-orodinate services between your insurance and medical physician, and do NOT demonstrate a concern for your loved one.

When you are going through a difficult time with a loved one, the last thing you need is a healthcare agency that is working against you, not with you, which makes a very difficult time even more unbearable. I found this to be the case with Professional Home health Care. We found it very hard to understand most of their employees, as they were mostly from Nigeria. My husband is hard of hearing and they were not patient or kind in dealing with the language difficulties. Their so-called "healthcare specialists" set impossible and rediculous tasks for us and were always looking for something wrong rather than helping making things right, and then when we needed help and guidance the most, they turned us into Adult Services at the drop of a hat, even when it was not warranted. I assume this was to deflect their responsibility if any damage should occur. I called my insurance company to confirm that I was correct in my decision about them and they completely agreed with my assessment. If this review can prevent someone else from going through the pain and discomfort that we experienced, then it was worth my time presenting it.
