Guardian Health Care Fort Worth was great. I had a physical therapist and a nurse who changed my catheter. The people that were assisting me were really great. I would recommend this agency.

The nurses are not flexible when u may need to change appointments. Their literature says " just let us know if u can't make an appointment". If you dare to not March strictly to their routine, suddenly you do not meet their criteria of regulatory requirements and are discharged. I immediately found another provider the same day they discharged me for not meeting their so called " regulatory requirements". If they need to cancel an appointment? NO PROB,. They run late? No problem Be prepared for verbal beat down if your health needs change and you have to make doctor appointments instead of seeing them. Strictly stats driven was my experience with this company. Insurance provider will be notified.

Tiffany was assigned as my OT. She had her work cut out for her with me having a rebuilt left elbow (orig fractured in 4 places), inop left wrist and fingers because bandages were too tight fro orig surgery and broken right shoulder. She is caring but gets the rehabilitation accomplished. She does excellent in-home care... only problem is my bucket for Home Health ran out... shame on insurance --- they claim the law doesn't allow an extension for home health... have to go outpatient and my driving is very minimal.... as I still can't park correctly... and I have hiccups with thought process...

I worked with Guardian Health Care before, the nurse who was worked with us was excellent. I used her for two years. She took care of me and my husband. She was always there. She helped with our exercise. But she changed her MO and she went into hospice and quit guardian and I wouldn't go back to Guardian because she wasn't there.
