this company has great nurses,but my only complaint is with the office staff,I was in to my care for 4 weeks,an I get a call saying that I owe almost $200 for copayment when my insurance said I paid my deductible an there was no copayment,like I said the care by the nurses rated at 5 stars but keep a eye on the billing staff they like to surprise you I was also charged for some dressing that they used one time an dr had already changed my order just keep your eyes on your bill or billing ,,

This home care agency has provided me with nursing care, lab work and general assistance for physical therepy in home. Their nurses are knowledgeable and compassionate and do understand the challenges of working with a person that has dementia as well as physical illness. They also offer me suggestions and information on medical supplies that would make my job as care giver better. I would recommend them to anyone who has to deal with alizemer or dementia patients .
