Home Health Reviews for Texas Home Health Skilled Services

I interviewed this provider

My experience with community care aid was not pleasurable. We only needed 12 hour a week and in a three week we did not get 12 hr totals. People didn't show up for work, no one would call, i would call supervisor and she would say she didn't have anyone to come for that day...service. really sucked. My husband was very ill, i was worrird about him and stressing with them.

Texas Home Health has been a life saver for not only my Dad, but for me. If they come to his room and he is not there, I get a call. I love that. They are all wonderful so far. Texas Home Health obviously CARES who they hire.

I used this service

prompt service, easy billing procedures all through medicare. easy to contact and answer calls at all hours. they took care of getting all needed documents to provide care to parent. they went beyond call and helped get equipment and other needed supplies to make my home better to care for my parent.
