My nurse was so caring and knowledgeable of my condition. They were always responsive to my needs. I will not hesitate to recommend this agency to my friends who might need their services in the future.

The ONLY good thing I can say about Gilead is my wound care nurse was AMAZING. After 5 weeks of having the same nurse come to my house everyday w/out any problems, they suddenly change my nurse w/out even informing me in any way. I had formed a trusting relationship w/ my nurse and am healing wonderfully. I inquired about this to the owner of Gilead and lets just say I was appaled by the way she treated me. She did not care about consistency or patient's well being. She kept giving me excuses and apologizing, but I explained that her, the owner, had the authority to have my nurse for the past 5 weeks, continue to be my nurse. I would NEVER recomend them. It is sad because my nurse was amazing!
