I'm using Encompass Home Health. I was in their rehab center and I enjoyed their company as much as their therapy. They take me back and forth from the facility. They provide physical therapy and a nurse comes in once a week and checks on me. The caregiver is neat, clean, and personable. I would recommend them.

I'm using Encompass Home Health. I was in their rehab center and I enjoyed their company as much as their therapy. They take me back and forth from the facility. They provide physical therapy and a nurse comes in once a week and checks on me. The caregiver is neat, clean, and personable. I would recommend them.

They abandoned me without notice and without a referral. "Without notice" means they did not even tell me. I was started on blood thinners for the first time and there was no way of telling if the levels were correct. When I had taken the medications for 10 days and exhausted one of the medication, I called to find out when my blood would be drawn to find out if a therapeutic level had been achieved, the told me they had decided not to provide me with services. They did not call, write, or email whenever they made that decision.
