Carter Healthcare was one of the agencies that were referred to us by the hospital where my wife was at last year. We were satisfied with their personality and what they offered. They had been very accommodating with our schedule. I think they did everything that we had expected of them. We had no problems with anything at all. They were there when they said they would be there.
