"I did a tour of Sunrise of Abington. The girl who gave me the tour was very informative. She took me around and showed me all the different rooms and different areas of the building. It seemed nice. The rooms were okay; they weren't too small or too big. It depends on what you want. They have rooms that are like a bedroom and a living room. There were different types of rooms. When I was there, I don't think there were activities going on, but the staff showed me a calendar of activities. Everything I saw was very nice, I don't think there were any negative things about it."

" I came to visit my aunt who’s lived there for several years. It’s been a while with the COVID and all, but she looked good. She said the staff were nice and take good care of her. She likes the food, though her soup is sometimes too cold. But they heat it. Activities is always good. They had a performance there that day. Eric, I think his name is always makes a big to-do with the activities. The new Executive Director seemed nice too. She greeted me in the lobby and then I saw her singing in the lounge with the residents. That was great to see an Executive Director participating. Her room had trash overflowing, but they took care of it for me. Just wish I could visit her more often since I live so far away. But they seem to be doing a good job there. Thanks for taking care of my aunt so well."

"My dad moved to Springfield Senior Living. We chose this place because it is close to my home and it was affordable. He has one room with one bathroom. It is pretty big. It's a pretty nice space and it has a balcony. Cleanliness for the most part seems OK. It could always have room for improvement, especially the floor that my dad is on, the second floor. There is a strong urine smell there. They could also improve their communication with the doctor. I've been trying to get some information because my dad has surgery coming up and they haven't given me back the paperwork yet. I'm not even sure he's going to be able to get it because I switched his doctor to their in-house doctor, but since he's just been there about two weeks, it's been kind of difficult to communicate with them. So, his surgery may have to be postponed because they needed their paperwork two weeks before and I still haven't gotten it."

"Wesley is elegant and very clean. The lobby area is sunny and bright, it invites you to come and sit for a while. The fireplace is a cozy addition. Wesley Upper Moreland is a very nice place. The staff are friendly and attentive. They offered one and two-bedroom units. Each apartment has its own washer & dryer tucked away and out of site, and a nice size full kitchen. There is a library and exercise area. Transportation is offered daily to the grocery store, hairdressers and drug stores. It is a very friendly community that is in an ideal area. There is a nice selection of activities for the residents. "

"I visited the facility last month and found it to be a beautiful building with great energy and very engaging staff. The sales director showed me the entire community and introduced me to other staff who made me believe residents are their priority. I was mostly interested in the memory care as I am exploring options for my relative who was diagnosed with dementia. The memory care unit was clean, modern and apartments were specious, bright and functional. I found them to be ideal for what I was looking for. I saw residents being engaged by staff in different activities and felt that it would be a perfect fit for my relative. Food appealed to be great as well. I was really happy with my experience at the community and will consider it as a home for my relative. "

"My sister is at McCallum LLC. It is near our home. The room is fine. My sister likes it too. She has her own bathroom. So far, since she has been there, she has been in the room by herself, but there is a room for one other person. I absolutely recommend this facility. It is a nice community. It is quiet. My sister likes it. "

"Stapeley is a comfortable, friendly senior living setting where the staff share not only their skills and expertise, but themselves, as well. The atmosphere in the halls and common rooms is positive and welcoming. New people (visitors and residents alike) are approached and engaged by veteran residents, who are happy to meet new people, to answer any questions, and to share their own experience of Stapeley. Quality music, lecture, and other educational/social opportunities are on offer. I have found the staff responsive whenever I have had a question or need. There is a friendly Chaplain on staff, so residents and staff alike have access to a spiritual resource person on site. Oh, and the food is good! There is a reasonable choice at meals, and the dining room is very pleasant, surrounded on three sides by lovely views of the property. To sum it up: well-maintained, spacious living quarters, friendly neighbors, competent & caring staff, good food, and a nice array of things to do - Stapeley is a good place if these matter to you! "

"I helped my Aunt Kathy "move in" to this facility and then had later visits here. It was just before Christmas and they were busy putting up great decorations in the foyer. The building was very nice and they had a piano right in the hall. The staff was so great, they were more than helpful offering a cart for her belongings and personally walking us to her room. They stayed and made sure she had everything and even brought extra furniture for my aunt. They were also sure to check with her about any favorite snack she may want to feel more at home. They went out of thier way to make sure she was happy and comfterable. "

"We toured The Philadelphia Protestant Home. The multiple dining rooms that we saw were very clean. The rooms are nice sized. It's literally like a little community inside of the building. They have a lot of amenities. They have a supermarket, a church, a bowling alley, a pool, and a fitness center. They have nursing stations on every floor. They have security cameras. It's very clean. It's super nice. The staff is very friendly. Our tour guide was very nice. We were informed that the staff has been there for over a few years. The facility treats its staff nicely, which in turn treats the residents nicely. It's like a little family. They were very pleasant."

"We placed my parents at Deer Meadows and are very pleased with it. It seems like a good place. The grounds are OK but not picturesque because it is right on the Boulevard; however, the people who live there seem to be happy. There are lots of aides and staff members available. The place is very clean and very nice. The bedrooms are too small and there are very few closets. However, there is a large kitchen area, a living area, and one-and-a-half bathrooms, which is nice. The price is good for what they're offering."

"The staff is generally friendly and very accommodating. Our situation was unique because our parents both need assistance, but at different levels. The staff has gone out of their way to accommodate dads “need” to be with mom, even though she actually needs more physical care than he does. The Admissions Director and the Director of Nursing deserve the credit for making this possible. Hopefully mom will get well enough to join dad in assisted living and they will both be happy in their new home."

"The staff at NewSeasons is very accommodating. The place is very clean, nice and affordable. The facility is close to where I live so it's not hard to visit my mom there. Her oncology doctors are only half a mile away and there's also shopping areas nearby. The food is served restaurant-style. My mother likes the food. She is in a room with a small kitchenette. She has her own furniture. The residents also have lots of activities. The staff takes them out if they're able to. "
