Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting was very similar to the other place. I like it. The lady that toured us was very knowledgeable and very patient. She knew her stuff. She showed us a bunch of different options. She did great. The facilities were fine. However, my mom didn't see many people walking around. They had a movie theater, a hair salon place, and a gym you could use to work out. They had a large room that had a kitchen and a big table. So if you wanted to have like a Sunday dinner or something with your family, you could book that room for the day and have dinner for 10 or 15 people like a birthday party or something, which I thought was nice. They're nice facilities. We checked out a couple of rooms and they were large, they had good views, and they were clean. Everybody there was very friendly.

We went to Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. What I like most about Pinnacle is that my parents liked it. The staff was very accommodating. My parents had everything that they could need. They could age in place there. The community that they witnessed that was there was friendly. They like the way that Pinnacle had activities set up for them and the structure has a lot of room. The rooms were nice. They had a one-bedroom place that they liked. The bedroom was separate from the living area. They like Pinnacle the best, but they couldn't afford it. It was way out of their price range. The staff was wonderful. The person who gave us the tour was very hospitable and pleasant. It was great. That was a good visit. The place was very well kept up. They had a lot of activities for the residents. They have different game rooms. They had a little club where they could go and have cocktails that they liked, and they had places on the ground where they could walk around, very scenic. They had a manicured landscaping that my mom loved.

I toured The Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. It seemed very accommodating, and it was clean. The staff was very personable. It was a new community. It was just built in 2020. The building was beautiful. I liked that when you went into the lobby, there was a fireplace and beautiful plants. It was very inviting.

One of the issues I had at Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting was the gentleman who was showing me around was his first time having done a tour. He did OK for somebody who just started, but they need to make sure that the person who's showing somebody around is a better salesperson than the one they gave me. I know he was just filling in, but still, he needs to be better. This facility was the first place I saw and it was OK, but when you compare it to the other facility I saw, the size of the places (the room was small) and the cost were, it wouldn't be a place I would move to. Cleanliness was OK, too.

Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting was beautiful, but it didn't have the 24-hour care that my mom needed. Plus, it didn't take medical assistance as part of the payment. The people were very responsive. They came out and they spoke to us. They were very engaging and very informative. They gave us useful information that we could take someplace else. The place was top-notch, and it looked like it was a very nice place to stay. Everything was spanking new. They had a movie theater, a restaurant, outside facilities where you could have a picnic set, and even accommodations if family members needed to stay overnight.

The community is fancier and newer at Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. The whole first floor is full of different amenities, like a mini theater which I knew my mom wouldn't necessarily use. The way they designed it was to make it very walkable and to make it feel like you're going down a little bit of a village, which I thought was interesting and appealing to a younger clientele. The staff was great. She laid out what the costs were and what the facility was like. I saw where the dining area was, and they had one on every floor. I saw that they had plenty of stuff coming up or scheduled. The rooms were a little bit bigger and more modern. The bathrooms were safe, with shower bars.

Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting was very modern, very spacious and open, and very clean. It was very welcoming. The apartments were beautiful. The staff who assisted us during the tour was nice. They did have a movie that was playing while we were there, and the residents were enjoying it. We saw the gym and the dining area.

My brother-in-law will be moving into The Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. It was close to my home. The staff during the tour was very good. His apartment is clean and ready to go. They have a doctor, a barber, an eye doctor, a podiatrist, traveling, and doctors' appointments. I've only been there once, but it looked clean to me. The menu looked delicious. They have bingo, movie nights, puzzles, and coffee time.

I toured Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. It has a beautiful layout, very nicely run, clean, and very respectable. They offer similar amenities to other facilities, although they did not have a pool so they could do the water aerobics. We saw the sample apartment. It seemed to be nicely laid out and comfortable.

I was impressed with Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. I thought it was a nice community; It was nice and clean. People were very helpful and very courteous. I like them very much. We did not have a chance to try the food, but the dining areas were very nice. I saw some of the activities that were going on. There are quite a few, I know that they had sewing and cooking classes, and they had movies. I like the overall community, and the way the rooms are laid out, those kinds of things. The only reason I would rate it at a four is that it doesn't have an indoor pool.

My husband and I toured Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting and it was a good experience. I like the fact that everything was within walking distance on the first floor. They had a theater, a little snack shop, and a bistro, and everything was within walking distance, which was good. It was beautiful, nice, and bright. I love the bright rooms and the color scheme. There was a water fountain in the middle of the hall as you walk into the building. It was very nice and very welcoming. The staff was great. The person who gave us the tour and showed us around was wonderful. I left my pocketbook there and I had to come back and get my pocketbook, and the person at the reception desk remembered my name and I was impressed by that. He remembered who I was and went straight to where it was to get my pocketbook. However, what I was concerned about was the smallness of the closets in the room.

We toured Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting and we were very impressed with the way the building was laid out. Everything was very new and we liked that a lot of the services were located in a central area. We were looking for a one-bedroom, and the room sizes were sufficient. The only reason why it did not make our list was due to the outside area. There was the turnpike on one side, and then across the street was like an industrial truck stop. We wanted our dad to be able to go and enjoy the outdoors during the months that he can. The gentleman who showed us around was very, very nice. He showed us what we were looking for and didn't try to waste time with a bunch of stuff that we weren't interested in.

We went to Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. We looked there at the two-bedroom, two-bath. It was very nice. The place was set up like a main street town, which was really very nice. You walk in one area and it looks like they have a general store, a bistro, a theater, and private dining room for families. They have a game room on the Main Street. It was very cleverly decorated. They have a salon and spa, they have yoga and exercises, and they have lecture rooms where they have different topics brought in. The two-bedroom has a full kitchen. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

Pinnacle at Plymouth was brand-new, and it was beautiful. It was like being at a hotel in Atlantic City. It was very busy. It's a place for socially active people. They had a cooking class going on while we were there. They had a separate movie theater. They had a couple of restaurants, and their dining room was beautiful. They had the most beautiful dining room we saw. They also had pubs, where you could go out for cocktails without ever leaving the building. It had everything a socially active person could want. It was a busy place, so it was not for my sister. It would not have been for me either because they were right on the road and the highway, which really shouldn't make any difference. You have those cars zipping by all the time. They had a garden area. It's an outside area on the roof or like a rooftop area where people could do their own gardening if they wanted to. I will say that it was beautiful, and it was perfect for somebody (but it wasn't for us). The staff was good. She was very pleasant, but she seemed like she was in a hurry.

I went to the Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. We went in to look at the rooms, they were very nice, and the two people that I met were very good, pleasant, and informative. The rooms were gorgeous. What I saw led to people feeling as if they were in their own home, which is hard to do when you're building a facility. The architecture and structure was very nice, it was spotless, the art that they used to color, it was like modern art, and I knew that my cousins would like it if they chose to go there. The corridors were wide, each floor had a different color, so it provided a difference, so that people weren't seeing the same thing all the time. If they would go from one floor to the other, there would be a variety. There was an opportunity for music, for socializing, as people get used to being there they would go on little groups and feel comfortable about visiting different areas. But with COVID, they can't do that right now.

We have chosen Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting for my mom. She just moved in. We toured it before. It's a nice place. They have been very helpful and very kind. They were very helpful with the move. They give us any information we want. The place is beautiful. They have a lot of amenities for residents and for visiting people under different circumstances; when we didn't have the COVID virus. You can see it's a great place to visit and spend time with your loved ones. The staff is very helpful and very professional. My mom's room is a one-bedroom apartment. They have a variety of rooms. This one has a bedroom; it is a separate room. It's a nice-size room in a care place like that. They have a theater, a pub, a library, and an art room. They have multiple places. Some of the rooms I remember would be better for visitors than for the residents. The library and the dining hall are very nice. It's a big place with a lot to do in it. The theater is really nice, but it isn't being used. I think Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting is only at 25 percent capacity because it's new. It is not really filled up with people, but it is a nice place. My mom, who is a very picky eater, was very happy with her dinner yesterday, and lunch and breakfast today.

My mom just moved into Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. We put her in on Friday. She is under quarantine and wants to get out. She hates it. It's a beautiful place, but she is under quarantine right now. They say after the quarantine, she'll be much better. Also, her phones aren't hooked up. They were supposed to be hooked up on Friday. She is not able to pick up a phone and call anybody, but we are contacting her through other ways. Right now, she is just very frustrated. They said it was to be expected. My mom said the food is good. They have activities, but she is not able to participate in them yet. There's a gym, a library, a bar, and a terrace outside. Everything looks beautiful. There are supposed to be activities planned for them throughout the day, but she hasn't experienced that because of the quarantine.

I did an in-person visit to Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. It looked pretty nice to me, it's fairly new, and they were just accepting people in the next couple months The apartment was kind of small. I saw one or two staff members, they were very pleasant and helpful. I just saw a couple of apartments and an area where the turnpike passed by there, and still I couldn't hear the turnpike noise, so that's quite good.

We selected Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting for Dad. So far, it's been good. We moved him there and he was quarantined. I got to see him last week from the outside, and we could talk for an hour, but I haven't really been in to see everything. As far as I know he likes it, and everything's been good. The meals are included in the monthly fee, they give him a $400 credit, and if he spends more he has to pay more. The staff seems friendly. It's a new place, but they seem good. I have no problems with it. I know they can watch movies, but they also do some physical exercises. I know the dining rooms are open, but just for the residents. They're doing what they can to keep them busy. There's not that many people in there yet.
