"My uncle is a former resident that stayed at St. Mary's for sub acute rehab. The staff was very attentive, compassionate, and made sure we had the best experience possible. He received physical therapy for a surgery he had, recovered, and returned home. All of the services offered were spot on, from social services, dining, therapy, housekeeping, and administration. I couldn't ask for better service for my uncle. I highly recommend St Mary's."

"My sister moved up to Phoebe Richland Community. It was very welcoming. They gave her all the physical therapy she could handle, which was great. She had physical therapy almost every day and occupational therapy almost every day when she got there. She still gets it quite frequently. The staff is very nice. She enjoys the other residents there. She says she has a wonderful time getting to know them and they're very caring also. I was there one Saturday when the director himself was helping someone move into their memory care area. He was moving the clothing and stuff in himself on a Saturday. They're just delightful. There's an exercise class of some kind every morning, wheelchair volleyball, chair, or tai-chi. There's at least one activity every morning and one or two activities every afternoon. Every day I call or when I talk to my sister, she'll say, "Oh yes, we had an exercise this morning." It's a smaller place, so they can't offer the diversity of activities that a larger facility might offer. The assisted living has a beautiful lounge area when you walk in. The dining room is lovely. You couldn't ask for anything better. I get no complaints from my sister except there's no salt, but she can bring some herself. That's for health reasons. I saw two small library reading areas, a game room, a big lounge, and a dining room. She's in a temporary room right now because there were no rooms available, so it's a little small but very nice and furnished. It has a dresser, a wardrobe, a chair, a bed, a little kitchenette, and a beautiful bathroom that's handicapped accessible. It is less expensive than others for definitely something better. Their staff is especially caring. This place is much more consistent with their staffing, which means the staff gets to know their people better."

"My father was there for rehab after a heart problem at home. The hospital recommended Towne Manor East. The facility was clean and all of the staff was so nice. They helped my dad and he was able to go home. This place has really improved over the years. And I was happy to hear that the facility was deficiency free. I would definitely recommend this facility to any family looking for their loved one. "

"Don't listen to the naysayers. Towne Manor West is the tops. They staff well, the food is good, they use the best supplies. The care is excellent. To the complainers: if you don't like it, go to somewhere else. There is a waiting list to get into TMW. "

"Everything at Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is remodeled and new. The woman in charge every time I called, called me back immediately. I like everything about the facility, and it does come with a high rating of four and five. It's very clean. They were full, though. I like the lady at the front desk, and I like the woman in charge. The size of the rooms and the layout were average. There are two people to a room. The atmosphere is quiet, calm, and clean."

"I was a resident at Suburban Woods from April - November of 2020. The physical therapy staff was instrumental in helping me achieve and maintain an improved state of mobility in the aftermath of the injury that landed me there. They were the best! The entire staff, most notably the nurses and their assistants, were most helpful, and inclined to see that my needs were met and that I was comfortable. I was fed satisfying food, and admissions director in a hands-on capacity was exemplary. Needless to say, Suburban Woods receives my recommendation to anyone who is in need of the types of services they offer. Hats off to all of my therapists!"

"We are keeping our mother in Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab. They provide good care, but since the COVID, there is no visitation. The room is very nice. She has a private room and a private shower. The administration is horrible, but the nurses and aides are wonderful. The food is average, but my mother only eats breakfast. She doesn't really eat their food because it is a nursing home food, which is not acceptable. It is horrible food everywhere and not just in that place. She eats homemade or restaurant food every day and somebody delivers that to her. My mom's room is good. They have a rehab center. It is really good compared to many other places."

"I probably would give 5 stars to The Hill at Whitemarsh, but it is very expensive. However, that was what I was looking for: assisted living for my mother. It was beautiful. It had all the bells and whistles. "

"My husband is in a nursing home. He is in Masonic Village. He is getting nursing care there. It's wonderful! It's terrific! He got very good care. The staff is very patient and very attentive. He is in a room by himself and he has a TV, a couple of chairs and a big closet. It is a very large room. He has everything he needs. This place is really great. "

"The Ridge at Whitemarsh was great. My friend has his own private room, and they had a menu he can pick from every day. They had a therapist coming in every day. They really took good care of him, and it was more of a one on one thing. "

" My mother was a resident of St. Joseph Villa for approximately 6 years. She was a resident of the 3rd floor. It was a long journey that was made easier by the atmosphere and staff. We were there as the facility went through an extensive renovation project. The staff and residents went through some trying times but the with patience and perseverance, the results were amazing. The best part of St. Josephs Villa is that all who work there are caring, compassionate, and faith filled. The staff do care and in time become family. The Villa strives to make the facility the best it can be. The staff, both paid and volunteer, are an integral part in their success. The rooms are new, roomy and private. Bathrooms with shower are shared with 1 neighbor. They advocate neighborhood floors. 2 wings on each floor share a dining room and community room (both nicely furnished with a homey atmosphere). There is a hairdresser on the premises. There is a secure garden area for mobile residents. There is also a chapel that has daily mass. I would recommend the St. Joseph Villa to anyone in need of short or long term care. "
