"My mother is going to move into St. Mary Center For Rehabilitation & Healthcare. I like the price. You can get the room furnished or unfurnished. They can provide it for you, or you can furnish it yourself. The one-bedroom was pretty spacious. There's a walk-in bathroom. We're trying to keep my mother on the first floor, so we had to wait a little bit. But the place was nice. It was not luxurious by no such imagination, but it was doable. The people were friendly. The director was very good and informative. It's close to family, which is why we picked it. They provide three meals a day, too. There's a courtyard and a meditation outside that is good for Catholic services."

"It is a not a new place but it's very nice and offers basically the same things as others. They have big rooms, each one with its own patio "

"Since my mom has been at Harlee Manor, she is always nice and clean. Her hair done, and she hasn’t fallen. It was clean and a little bit smaller than the other facility I visited. Mom says the food is very good. "

"My sister needed a LTC Facility that she could call home. The administrator is very helpful. My dialog with the staff, nursing and social work is always positive. There are activities to fill the day and excellent therapy services, a spacious room and clean facility. I believe renovations will begin soon to update the facility."

"My brother has been a resident of Broomall Manor for the last 18 months. I've dealt with other facilities and can honestly say, this place is very good. The staff interaction with myself and my brother is top notch, I also see how they relate to other residents, always positive. They go out of their way to assist in my brother's needs. The facility and rooms are cleaned daily, the meals are healthy and brought on time. My brother's hygiene needs are attended to daily. I've been there in the morning, afternoon and early evening, so it's not like they are putting on a show while visitors are there. I would highly recommend this facility."

"My aunt was a resident here for short term care and then moved to long term. She ended up signing up for hospice and the nurses and social work staff were exceptionally supportive. Administration is involved and knows the residents and families. I suspect that no place is perfect- there were a few bumps in the road- but overall the experience was good. The facility is bright and clean as well."

"Broomall Rehab and Nursing took care of my family member; we could not have asked for better care in her last days. They made my aunt and my family feel very welcome and took care of everyone. Attempts were even made to attend her funeral. Thank you to the nursing and RCS team who bonded with her and my family and provided the care and comfort they needed at the end of her life. "My mother is in Yeadon Rehabilitation & Nursing Center - Bedrock Care. She's stressed out about being in there, and the facility reminds me of a prison. The staff is not the best, but I guess they're doing the best they've got with what they're working with. She doesn't like the food. I looked at the food and I didn't like what it looked like either. They have a room with TVs in it. Her room is just a room. It's not dirty. It's not extremely clean. They got maybe two or three good people in there, but the rest of them I don't see them being that good. They're just there for a paycheck. My mom brings in $3,000 a month almost, and they give her $43 to spend, and I don't see where the $43 went in the time she's been there."

"Manor Care was the worst community for my mom . They dropped her on the floor and nobody even knew about it for an hour. They can't even tell me what happened, so I had to get her out of there real fast. And it wasn't even the staff that were at fault. It was more like the nurses they hired. I can't down fault the whole facility for a couple nurses that didn't want to do their job. "

"My grandmother was a patient on the rehabilitation floor of Dunwoody Village. The staff was attentive, patient, friendly and assisted our family during a very difficult time. Not only were we kept informed, we could see the changes in my grandmother from the time she entered the facility to her departure. I would highly recommend Dunwoody to anyone seeking care for a loved one. "

"I visited a friend at the Providence Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. She was there for rehab. I guess the staff was okay, but I didn't really interact with them very much. They pointed me in a direction, I went to see my friend, and that was it. They answered my questions and cooperated, though, so it was fine. There were two people in her room, and it was adequate for two people. The upkeep and the cleanliness were adequate. The place was clean and decorated. They have activities because I remember my friend going down to play a game. I know they had some other things going on, but I didn't pay any attention to them. They were doing what I've seen being done in rehab centers. The parking was good and adequate. They had a regular dining area. It was adequate, and people could move around."

"My husband is at Sterling Health Care and Rehab Center and they have been very good so far. They're notifying us of every change and everything, and so they're very informative. They keep you updated on what's going on there, and that's very helpful. I've only been allowed to go as far as the lobby with the COVID, but the place seems to be very clean. Someone contacted me yesterday that they have a COVID case there now, so they're cutting back on visitation. So, they've been very good at keeping you updated on what's going on as far as COVID. They have haircut services, but they said at this time they're not letting those types of services go on because of the COVID, however, as soon as they're available, they will let us know. For now, the physical therapists are just trying to get him up so he can have some activities outside of his room."

"My mom is in Little Flower Manor for the past 3 months. She’s in a single private room, and it’s large. My mom has had celiac disease for the last 15 years, and they’ve been very accommodating as far as getting her a gluten-free diet. They have singing things. They had a Halloween party. They have pets that they bring in. It’s very good. We’re very pleased with it. When she first went there for about the first month or so, she was getting physical therapy, and then she plateaued so now she gets sort of like a maintenance exercise where they have her walk with her walker. We’re really happy with the care that she’s getting and with this place. "
