My brother has been a resident of Broomall Manor for the last 18 months. I've dealt with other facilities and can honestly say, this place is very good. The staff interaction with myself and my brother is top notch, I also see how they relate to other residents, always positive. They go out of their way to assist in my brother's needs. The facility and rooms are cleaned daily, the meals are healthy and brought on time. My brother's hygiene needs are attended to daily. I've been there in the morning, afternoon and early evening, so it's not like they are putting on a show while visitors are there. I would highly recommend this facility.

This is a well cared for facility. The caregivers are people whom you would want to take care of your loved one(s). It is clean and inviting. The clientele are clean, well dressed and take part in activities if they are able.
