"My uncle is a former resident that stayed at St. Mary's for sub acute rehab. The staff was very attentive, compassionate, and made sure we had the best experience possible. He received physical therapy for a surgery he had, recovered, and returned home. All of the services offered were spot on, from social services, dining, therapy, housekeeping, and administration. I couldn't ask for better service for my uncle. I highly recommend St Mary's."

"My great-great aunt is 97 years old. Although she needs help with some every day things because her mobility is limited, she also needs intellectual and environmental stimulation because she is an extraordinary woman. She is so incredibly happy at this facility. The people that work here are amazing and extremely patient and helpful. There are several places to eat within the facility. The facility is located in a beautiful area surrounded by trees and nature. It has a very pleasant feeling to it without feeling like a facility. It is homey and comfortable. There are many activities within the facility that are planned for the residents including clubs, fitness center, games, movies, etc. There is even a library, which she enjoys going to frequently. There are also extra rooms that can be rented for short stays for visitors. I found this extremely helpful because when our entire family visited, we could stay right in the facility without disrupting her routine so much. I highly recommend this facility, despite the fact that is is a bit costly. "

"This was my first stay at a rehab facility and I found it to be very good. The staff is also great especially the therapist. Diane and Debbie were my therapists and they were excellent. Everyone in general is nice to the patients including nursing and the CNAs. "

"This was a second short term stay for my husband in a year. We were so comfortable after his first fall that we knew we would be pleased with this facility again. The physical therapists, the occupational therapist, registration, nursing and social services, as well as food services and facilities care were all so pleasant and helpful. Even for a tall person like my husband, they were top-notch in his care!! Thank you!!!!!"

"We saw Waverly Heights. It was very lovely. It was the only place we saw that we thought we might enjoy living there. It was very nice. We met with their sales representative and walked around the facility. All we saw were cottages or townhouses, and they're very beautiful. It's extremely expensive. It was very classy and very beautiful. The living atmosphere was gracious, lively, and well decorated. We had lunch there, and it was very good. There were tons of activities. They have a full fitness center, book clubs, bridge clubs, lectures, trips to cultural events, and continuing education classes."

"Golden Living Center is a wonderful facility. My mom loves it there. The rooms are set up like a dorm, there are 3 other residents with her in the room, but it's bigger than my living room. She has enough space, a bed, a 24-hour nursing set and it's amazing. They have treats such as someone comes in and does her hair for her. It's a modern living facility and better than the ones I've seen. She can't talk, so they'd take her more to the library because she likes to read a lot or on trips to the zoo, and stuff that she'd normally want to do. They incorporated her likes and dislikes into her program of activities, so she wouldn't feel like she's in a nursing home. What I like best is their 24-hour security. "

"The staff at Saunders House could have been a little bit more attentive. The place was very nice. The rooms were nice sized, and the dining room was big. There are lots of different little rooms for the residents to sit in. There was one room with a piano and the residents could listen to music or see a show, or hear someone speak. They had bingo and a list of things happening all week."

"Saunders House is a diamond in the rough! I have spent many weeks at Saunders House as I am the caregiver for my Uncle who has recently had a medical set back. I have been met everyday with smiling faces and welcoming gestures. Throughout my Uncles stay I witnessed the caring and determination of the therapist who worked so hard to motivate and encourage him everyday to take one more step, I watched the caring nurses smooth the feelings of frustration and quietly encourage him. I watch a group of professionals who would not take no for an answer and arranged to have a space for our family to have Thanksgiving dinner with my Uncle at Saunders House in a beautiful room filled with light. When we arrived with all the food I was pleasantly surprised to find the room totally setup with tables and chairs along with linen tablecloths and center pieces on each table. Upon the completion of our family meal a member the activities staff came in and quietly told us to enjoy visiting that they would get the room cleaned up, what a wonderful gift to be given. I can not say enough about the entire staff at Saunders House they all truly have found their calling . I would highly recommend Saunders House for anyone looking for Short Term Rehab stay or Long Term Care. "

"Experience was really good at Cathedral Village. I felt the place and overall staff were excellent. The dining facility was the best I have ever seen, and I have eaten there. They have arts and crafts and a wonderful library. The rooms and apartments were very nice, but they are older and their ceilings are low. I would also like to see their marketing staff be more honest instead of just trying to sell. "

"Accomodating with the move-in and responsive with repairs. Many activities keep my loved one engaged and vital mentally, socially and physically. Very courteous and respectful dining staff. 2015 physical improvements contribute to outdoors enjoyment. "

"After visiting my mother, who was admittitted to Andorra Woods last week, I am happy to see she doing well and in very good hands. I was informed that the location has new owners with a strong, positive reputation in the long term care industry. They have hired a new nursing leadership team and are completely renovating the building. It was so much nicer than I had imagined. "

"We choose Westgate for my dad because it is clean. The food is great. The support staff, all the nurses, CNAs, everyone has really been helpful to me as far as paper work goes. Everyone is just great here, and I really like it. I am feel completely relaxed about him being here because I know they take good care of him, and I know that if anything will happen like falling out of bed or whatever, they will call you right away. The dentist is here, and the doctor comes here. They have entertainment, games during the day, movies, and monthly birthday parties. They had mardi gras last night. They have a Valentine's Day party. It gives me complete rest and security. "
