"My sister is at McCallum LLC. It is near our home. The room is fine. My sister likes it too. She has her own bathroom. So far, since she has been there, she has been in the room by herself, but there is a room for one other person. I absolutely recommend this facility. It is a nice community. It is quiet. My sister likes it. "

"Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting is a brand-new building. I still can smell how new the place is. Everything is new. It feels like you're at a hotel or a resort. It feels like a new apartment complex. The lady who guided us on the tour was great. It was just awesome. We checked one-bedroom-one-bath, and it was a pretty good size. The place itself is located a little too close to the highway, but it is nice, clean, and organized. For activities, the staff showed me the painting class and the TV room or theater. It is well-planned."

"My daughter and I went to Wesley Enhanced Living at Stapely. We thought it was satisfactory. I thought Wesley Enhanced was beautiful. The room they showed me was wonderful. It was really big. It had a whole side of windows that looked down on a garden and from there you could see the traffic on the street. I thought that was very good, plus the fact that it was a fifteen to twenty minute drive to where I live. The building and the grounds were just beautiful. The room we had signed up to take was right next to a sun porch, right across the hall from the elevator, which you have to take to go to the dining room. The dining room is beautiful. It had windows all over the place."

"Springfield Senior Living was nice and the staff was friendly. The apartments were spacious. I saw the library, beauty/barbershop, and the staff who toured us was good. Ms. Lewis tried the food, and she said it was good."

"Sunrise of Newtown Square was a little different. What I didn't like about it was that the carpet was old. The carpet was worn on their floor, they need to update that. I like how they can get food all day, if they want to go get coffee or something, it's there for them. They have a set of menus to order from. When you walk there, the cushions and the pillows and stuff on a chair were a little different from the one up in another facility. If you want to sit there, you wonder if you get up and if you're going to have something on you. It's better kept but needs to be a little updated. They have an exercise room. I don't remember seeing a pool. The staff was great, everyone I went to was very respectful, very nice, and helpful. They need to replace that carpet. The community is fine. It has more trees around it, you look out you might see a bear."

"I moved into Wesley Enhanced Living in December. I have found the Staff to be excellent.They helped me in all phases of my transition, The Facility has an indoor Heated Pool,, Game Room, Daily Movies, Field Trips an excellent Dinner Menu. I highly recommend this facility "

"My sister stayed at Brandywine Living at Senior Suites for respite care for two weeks. It was very nice. The personnel were very nice, too. The place was clean. The common spaces were very nice. They have a lot of activities going on all during the day. They were all different ones that you can go to or not."

"My mom is in here since September and it's been great! For my mom's level, it is a perfect place for her. It is not overwhelming not like those huge complexes. The staff is very caring and nice. They know everybody by name and they are very attentive. Her apartment is very nice. She has a living area, a bedroom, a nice size bathroom and she's very comfortable there. It is really cozy and she really likes it a lot. She said the food is good. There is a lot for her to do. She likes doing crafts like making jewelry, she does painting, she plays bingo, bowling and participates in music. Singers like Frank Sinatra come in. She is socializing more and they do a good job in trying to involve the family too. They have brunches for the family to come out and visit. My mom has also been in a couple of dinners where they take them out to dinners. Overall, we are very happy with them."

"We toured Springfield Crossings. The people there were extremely nice. We got to speak to a number of the residents, and they had positive things to say about the community. The facility looked like it was well laid out and would meet the needs of the assisted living that we thought we needed for our father. I did not see any residents doing activities. There was a generally open area and a dining facility. The residents were holding a meeting during the time we were there. The facility was clean and they were in the process of updating the rooms and hallways."

"Our father has been a resident at Rose Tree Place for the last couple of months. We toured several care facilities before making our final decision. We chose Rose Tree Place because of the proximity to family, the cleanliness of the facility, the type of apartment, availability of services, and the incredible staff. From the minute we walked in and was greeted by Lisa and Laura, we knew this was a place that cared about their residents. The staff knows all the residents by name and takes the time to communicate and laugh with them on a daily basis. Terry and the medical staff are great at communicating medical updates. We love that Dad gets treated by the in house doctors. Karen does a great job with activities and the restaurant has very good food and yummy desserts. Rose Tree Place is the best!"

"Lots of exciting renovations and upgrades underway at this independent living community in the center of Philadelphia. We are so close to everything the city has to offer but also have great entertainment and dining options available too. Love living at Fountain View."

"Daylesford Crossing seemed new and clean. The rooms were nice. They had an activity room and a library. The dining area was very nice and looked like a restaurant. I did not have a meal, but they showed us the menu, and there was a lot of variety. The staff was very nice."

"This is one of the most enlightening experiences I have ever had. All of the faculty were so nice and were on the spot to help any one that was in need. The atmosphere in there was perfect. Everyone was happy and cheerful and ready for their day to begin. I felt like everyone there was loving living there. There was no person say or disappointed. Of course the credit does go to the staff to make this all possible and happen. THe rooms were always cleaned and the place itself remained clean and fun to be in. There was also a lot to keep oneself busy on a regular day. They often had events with everyone together and during summertime, you can of course take a stroll in the amazing colorful garden and parks. overall, I would say I loved the facility from what I observed and lived at the time i went to visit. "

"I visited Philadelphia Protestant Home because they had a life alert for the residents. It was awesome. We were there for just a short period of time, and I just spoke to one gentleman, but it was really like a hotel. I was very impressed with it. They had a bowling alley in there. They had a swimming pool. They had everything. It was very beautiful. They were excellent. They were like family. I was really very impressed with how caring and informative they were. Everybody was nice all the way down to the security guards. They were very helpful. I was also impressed that they served meals there for a cost, and their meals were made every day which was really nice. "
