"The staff is generally friendly and very accommodating. Our situation was unique because our parents both need assistance, but at different levels. The staff has gone out of their way to accommodate dads “need” to be with mom, even though she actually needs more physical care than he does. The Admissions Director and the Director of Nursing deserve the credit for making this possible. Hopefully mom will get well enough to join dad in assisted living and they will both be happy in their new home."

"My mom is in here since September and it's been great! For my mom's level, it is a perfect place for her. It is not overwhelming not like those huge complexes. The staff is very caring and nice. They know everybody by name and they are very attentive. Her apartment is very nice. She has a living area, a bedroom, a nice size bathroom and she's very comfortable there. It is really cozy and she really likes it a lot. She said the food is good. There is a lot for her to do. She likes doing crafts like making jewelry, she does painting, she plays bingo, bowling and participates in music. Singers like Frank Sinatra come in. She is socializing more and they do a good job in trying to involve the family too. They have brunches for the family to come out and visit. My mom has also been in a couple of dinners where they take them out to dinners. Overall, we are very happy with them."

"My sister is at McCallum LLC. It is near our home. The room is fine. My sister likes it too. She has her own bathroom. So far, since she has been there, she has been in the room by herself, but there is a room for one other person. I absolutely recommend this facility. It is a nice community. It is quiet. "We chose Columbia Cottage Collegeville for mom because it's a small community, and the caregiver to resident ratio is favorable. They offer a variety of activities and services, and the location was also beneficial. They had 10 levels of care from independent living all the way through to skilled nursing. It is great because she can age in place, and the staff has been amazing. They have three different sized rooms. My mom is in a 312 square foot room (which doesn't sound like much), but it is perfect for a single person. There's a full bathroom with a walk-In shower and pull cords by the bed and in the bathroom for assistance. There are three different sized rooms. They're generally on a wait list, but we happen to call them at a good time. They have one available. It's really like a big home. They have a living room, a TV area, dining room, and kitchen (which is all open for the residents to use as they like). They also have a hair salon onsite, as well as a physical therapy area. They have therapists that come in several times a week and a hairdresser that's there two days a week. They also have a nurse on-staff 24 hours a day, and they're great. If there's any medical assistance needed, they're there. They have various activities like arts and crafts, games, bingo, and movie night. They also have a vehicle, so they can do scheduled transportation to doctor's appointments. There are two courtyards inside the building, so residents can go outside and enjoy them without the risk of anybody wandering off. She likes the food so far."

"We had to make the decision to put my father into an assisted living facility. We had a few places to choice from Tradition of Lansdale was one of them. I went for a tour and a sit down meeting with Katelyn and Ian. When I left there I knew without a doubt this was the place for my Dad. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. It is all one floor but very spacious. They have a few selections of rooms depending on how much space one will need. They have many activities there for residents to participate in. But above all the staff is just absolutely wonderful. They treat your family member as if they are their own. Katelyn and Ian went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. "

"The Quadrangle was lovely. I was impressed with their ample parking for residents and visitors, which was not true at some of the other places we visited. The person who escorted us around was very knowledgeable. We were quite impressed, but I probably won’t consider it because of the distance. "

"Symphony Square was lovely. The rooms were rather small but very pretty and comfortable. They didn't have enough activities for me though. I did see some amenities there, but I'm not ready for this place. I was with my daughters, and we all thought that it was lovely. Even the food looked good. If I needed a place like that, I would go there; I would not hesitate, but I'm not ready for it."

"Daylesford Crossing seemed new and clean. The rooms were nice. They had an activity room and a library. The dining area was very nice and looked like a restaurant. I did not have a meal, but they showed us the menu, and there was a lot of variety. The staff was very nice."

"I toured this facility to see if it would be a good place for a family member. New Seasons has a clean and attractive building. The resident's rooms are laid out nicely, and the dining room is beautiful. I observed that the residents seemed to feel settled and happy there. There were good interactions going on among residents, and the staff knew the residents by name and seemed to be kind and accommodating to them.
