"My mom has been at Chestnut Ridge for three years now. This facility is very clean. If I could afford it, I would live there myself. The rooms are very nice. My mother is in like an apartment-type room where she is able to have her own living room and bedroom and there's even a little kitchenette. They serve three meals a day plus two snacks a day. They have numerous activities. They have a wellness center there on site where they administer her medicines for her. They also have a rehab facility there. For activities, they have arts and crafts, bingo, karaoke, etc. They would take them out to go to movies or to go to casino. They would also take them out for rides or for dinners, etc."

"Sunrise was five to eight minutes from my house. It was excellent, but out of my price range. I did tour there, and the place was lovely. The head of nursing evaluated my mother, and he was excellent. The place is very clean. "

"I love Symphony Square. It was very nice and the people were extremely friendly. They met most of the needs that my father would be looking for. However, the cost was a little bit prohibitive. The sample room was lovely. The dining room was very nice and large. They talked about field trips and different activities and we met the activity person. It's a big building, it's nice and modern, and the rooms were renovated and up-to-date."

"My mother has already been with The Residence of Glen Riddle for over three months now. The facility is intimate and kind of homey. The place is not large. It's clean and quiet. Their interior furniture is kind of Victorian and I was impressed by it. Their rooms are really nice. My mom's room has a bed with a little kitchenette, a bathroom, a closet. The actual person who runs the place has been there for a number of years and that impressed me a lot. The staff are really conscientious and they are very good to the residents. They keep their clients pretty well active during the day. They have a nursing staff 24/7 and they also have a physical therapy rehab. The staff are keeping eye on the residents. Even in the middle of the night, they look in their rooms and make sure everything is okay. They have bingo and I think they also play cards. They have a television group. They do have live entertainment come in, maybe about three or four times a month. We were able to dine there and the food is pretty good too. It's fresh from what I can see. The cafeteria is well decorated and looks like a restaurant. "

"Atria Center City is centrally located. It’s in a funny building, but it’s a lovely facility. On the inside, each of the residential floors look pretty similar and it’s a little confusing to get around, but they have lovely décor, nice and modern. The people in the facility seemed to be having a very nice, pleasant, low key day. Everybody was very friendly and very nice. We had a cup of tea in the restaurant, and it was very nice. It was the most connected to the outside community. It seemed like a very active community. "

"I toured it. It was quite nice. It wasn't as homey as the other community, but it certainly had more activities. It had a little grocery store, a little diner that you can go to, and a movie theater type thing. The rooms were quite nice. It's brand new and it's very nice."

"I recently visited this community to see what all the buzz was about. Although lots of renovations underway the employees and residents I encountered were happy and excited despite the obvious inconvenience of living and working through the noise and dust. The new look of the lobby is very modern but warm and inviting. The overall new design looks great. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. "

"Daylesford Crossing was clean, and the facilities were great. The staff did a wonderful job. The room, the food, the menu and their dining room were adequate. They had everything there."

"My grandmother moved into Atria Lafayette Hill. They have a lot of activities for everybody to do. The staff was very nice, and that's probably the best part of the place. They always try to make them feel welcome. Very helpful. The facility is very clean. It's newer. They seem to take care of it pretty well. They have arts and crafts they do routinely. They have yoga and there's movie nights every night that she goes to. They do a lot of day trips to shopping centers and restaurants. The atmosphere I would say is very communal, but it is kind of bare, because there's not a lot of people in there at the moment. So, it's inviting, but I felt they needed residents."

"I went to McCallum Assisted Life. I saw a room with a shared bathroom. The staff told me the price point. They have a doctor every month that comes out to the location. They do things for them, they have activities, and they do the medication. I like the location. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and informative. It's an older facility, but it was nice and clean. They had a patio. They did show me the board where they have activities."
