My wife and I will be moving into Chestnut Ridge. It's beautiful, and it's less rent for more stuff. They have all kinds of programs there. The facility is in tree-lined suburban Chester, it's very quiet, with no loud music, no race, and nothing down the street. It's not far from the mall and within reach of financial institutions and food supermarkets, and they have a bakery. All week long, every day they have a program for senior citizens. They give you a copy of what will be going on every day, seven days a week. They have activities, a bistro, and parking for anyone that has a vehicle. They have art classes, and drawing and coloring contests. They have programs for people that don't have cars where they can get paratransit to take them shopping, and to doctors. They have brain enhancement to help your memory. It's just totally beautiful, and I see why it's a hidden gem in Chester. We will have an apartment; the design and floor plans are beautiful.

Chestnut Ridge was gorgeous, but we couldn't afford it. It was very nice, very inviting, the people were friendly, the staff was very informative, and could tell us about the actual benefits my aunt could actually get. The rooms were clean and tidy, and it's really a very nice place. They were able to get a bus to go to church, play bingo every day, and have a movie night.

Chestnut Ridge was pretty good and clean. The people were very attentive and very nice. The staff who toured us was very pleasant. The food was excellent. The dining area was well lit, and they take care of you. They play ball word games, and the piano, and have sing-alongs.

My mother is at Chestnut Ridge. They keep them engaged with different activities, like exercise, singing, reading the newspaper and current events, and baking. They have different stations, too, like there's a work bench for men and a vanity for the women.

Residences at Chestnut Ridge was a high-rise facility. We did not like the fact that they do not have access to the outside when they are in the memory unit because they are on a high floor. The elevators seemed small and old. The rooms are private, which is nice, and they looked clean. The staff who gave us the tour was friendly and helpful.

We visited Chestnut Ridge. We liked the place and the rapport of the place very much. The staff was very nice, very informative, and very cordial. They had a number of things going on when we were there. They also had a Christmas party going on. The person that showed us the place was very knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions, and I did get answers. They didn't hide anything. I checked them out, and what they told me was factual.
