"I did a lot of research as to where I wanted to go for rehab. A lot of friends and family recommended St. Maryss. I also saw that it was 5 star, and that was a selling point for me. St. Marys Staff went above and beyond my expectations. The care was fantastic and the Tender Touch therapy department was great! They helped me get back on my feet quickly and I couldn't thank them all enough. I highly recommend this facility! The concierge on the rehab unit was an extra bonus touch. She made it feel more like home for the time I had to be there. She would come in and check on me and make sure all my expectations were met. Thank you St. Marys you guys are great!"

"My mom is a resident of Elmwood Hills Healthcare Center. She had a stage four bedsore and we were limited to certain places that would be able to give her the care that she needed. The staff are friendly and professional. They have bingo but my mom is pretty much bedridden so she's not able to get around. The place is very clean and it's very appealing. It's only 15 minutes from our house, so we can get there every day. It's also near different malls and shopping."

"My grandfather had been to Rittenhouse Pine before. We sat down, we met with the social worker, the administrator, and discussed what was going to happen. The place didn't have the different smells or things on the floor when we walked in. My grandmother was also there for hospice. I was able to drop grandpa off so they could spend the day together. We paid a small fee to have lunch and dinner, so that's one thing I like. I thought that was good. They also have respite care. But we were looking for a possible long-term stay for my grandfather, and they can't provide that. "

"Don't listen to the naysayers. Towne Manor West is the tops. They staff well, the food is good, they use the best supplies. The care is excellent. To the complainers: if you don't like it, go to somewhere else. There is a waiting list to get into TMW. "

"My mother just completed her therapy rehab at Towne Manor East. She was their for over a month and a half. What a great group of therapist they have , very personable and friendly. the nursing staff, are even better, they have all RN nurses who really seem to know their stuff!. My mother loved her room mate and has made herself a new friend in the process. Chuck and the staff seem more like family rather than co-workers, which was very comforting to me. If mom ever needed rehab or a nursing home stay ever again I would bring her back to Towne Manor East in heartbeat. "

"I was a resident at Suburban Woods from April - November of 2020. The physical therapy staff was instrumental in helping me achieve and maintain an improved state of mobility in the aftermath of the injury that landed me there. They were the best! The entire staff, most notably the nurses and their assistants, were most helpful, and inclined to see that my needs were met and that I was comfortable. I was fed satisfying food, and admissions director in a hands-on capacity was exemplary. Needless to say, Suburban Woods receives my recommendation to anyone who is in need of the types of services they offer. Hats off to all of my therapists!"

"My mother has been there a month now, and I've have found the staff to be helpful and kind to her. I asked them to change her more frequently and they did so. She has made a lot of progress in there rehab. I had Meeting with Rehab to discuss her progress, calls from staffs, and discussions with aids, have been very good. Most of the aids are good caring people. "

"My dad is at The Meadows at Shannondell. The facility is very clean. My dad has been kept clean, and he seems very content. The staff members are very friendly and very attentive. Every day they have an activities person, and their activities look fun. His room is very clean, the bed is made, and there's no dirt or anything on the floor. The bathroom is clean. It's expensive, so I don't think everybody could afford to be there. But what they're paying for, they're getting good care."

"My aunt stayed at Rehab at Shannondell. It was very good. I would give them a five across the board. It's new, but architecturally, it's a beautiful facility. She liked the food. It's a very active community. There's a lot of activities. They have a ballroom, so a lot is going on. It's very expensive though. She was there for rehabilitation and she stayed there for a little more than a month. The staff was very good and very professional. It's cost prohibitive to an extent."

"My visit at Normandy Farms Estates was great. People are very welcoming and very willing to include you, and that was nice. I think the facility itself is very nice. There are several different kinds of apartments that you could get. The food is really good. They do different kinds of things. They have many committees that people are active in. They also have pool exercises and some fitness classes. They have lots of music activities and lectures. "

"Meadowood was very good, but their program isn't as attractive from a financial point of view. The staff is very good. The rooms were spacious enough and some did and some didn't have patios."
