Everything at Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is remodeled and new. The woman in charge every time I called, called me back immediately. I like everything about the facility, and it does come with a high rating of four and five. It's very clean. They were full, though. I like the lady at the front desk, and I like the woman in charge. The size of the rooms and the layout were average. There are two people to a room. The atmosphere is quiet, calm, and clean.

My experience with the staff at Markley was positive. My questions were addressed and concerns addressed in a timely and professional manner. The facility was odor free and modern.

Great staff, great results. I want to personally thank JJ Barnes for caring for my grandmother while she was being treated here. She was very caring, positive and therapeutic during the entire process. I strongly recommend to anyone needing assistance , or their family members needing to be taken care of.

My mother is in Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. It's clean, but it is dim, and things look outdated. It's a pretty empty facility. The staff is pretty hands-off, the nursing care could use improvement, improved supervision, and accountability. There doesn't seem to be a good system of care in place. Physical therapy is good. They are attentive, and they really work with residents to improve their health. The social activities are fair. They do promote the social interaction of the residents, so that's fair. The dining area is nice, and it's a good place for residents to interact, those that can make it to the dining area. The food is fair, lacking any vegetarian options, and not a lot of fresh items, but primarily prepared items or canned. They need increased support for residents to participate in their own activities of daily living.
