"I went to look at Juniper Village at Bucks County. The bedroom was very generous. The kitchen was like a wall, and a wall, and then a partial wall that looks into the living room. So when you're in there, it's like you're in a hallway. I didn't care for that too much. I didn't like the kitchen. It's not open. It was in a wooded area. The staff seemed very nice. She had answers to your questions. She was a very positive person. She wasn't trying to persuade you, and just gave you the information that you needed. She was very helpful. I know they have a place to exercise. Everything was clean. The painting looked like it was fresh. There didn't seem anything that needed fixing. Everything seemed to be in good shape."

"The staff at Saunders House could have been a little bit more attentive. The place was very nice. The rooms were nice sized, and the dining room was big. There are lots of different little rooms for the residents to sit in. There was one room with a piano and the residents could listen to music or see a show, or hear someone speak. They had bingo and a list of things happening all week."

"My Husband spent two months here following surgery due to an injury. He was in the skilled nursing/rehab section. The care he received was excellent, comprehensive, caring and compassionate. The staff was positive, attentive and caring. They took the time to not only care for my husband but to care for our family as well. The Medical director, Intake nurses, unit managers, nurses, Nurses assistants, Social workers, unit clerks and therapy team treated my husband with the utmost caring. They consistently monitored his needs and worked to help him on the road to getting better. They went above and beyond to not only meet his needs but advocate for him. The front desk staff, recreation, kitchen and Housekeeping ALWAYS greeted us with a smile and caring conversation. We are thankful for their care and expertise! "

"Mom will be at Kearsley Rehabilitation & Nursing Center for respite care. Overall, it was a positive experience from walking in there. They were very open. I didn't have an appointment, and they were still able to give me a tour. The place was very clean. It had different levels of service, which is what I like. They had rehab, respite care, and nursing home care as well. I received a tour from the director of activities, and she was very pleasant. She'd actually planned some holiday activities that morning and took time out to give me a tour. She says that she keeps the residents there pretty active and tries to provide a lot of different activities. She brought in people to sing, like they were dressed up in costumes and things like that. They had a sunroom and different rooms where they have arts and crafts, and other activities, and games. I think the Eagles were playing, so they were going to have a watch party for the staff. The facility looked really nice."

"Mom is at Care Pavilion of Walnut Park for 4 months now. It's convenient for us. She has Dementia, they help her with that and they just give her medicine. I don't like the staff. There are lots of foreigners. I don’t understand what they're saying so when we talk it's like they're yelling or being aggressive. "

"My brother has been placed at Inglis Day Program. It's for people who can't help themselves from wheelchairs and things. It's working out great. He loves it there. There are a lot of activities, and they're very helpful with him. He is in the nursing home. He needs 24-hour help. They're very good out there. He likes it, and he is happy. The staff members are very attentive and very nice. Everybody is pleasant. I don't think there are any problems with the staff at all from what I've seen. When I visit, they seem to be very good. There's always somebody in there. They have a lot of activities for the patients, and that's what he likes. I've never seen any problems with cleanliness, either. It seems to be clean. It doesn't have any kind of nasty smell or anything like that. Once in a while, you'll have maybe a urine smell here or there, but the people are disabled, so they have to clean them. I have not tried their food, but my brother said it's good. They also try to have different activities there for them. They have a musical band there. He was a musician, so he liked that. They have games. The grounds are beautiful. They would go out on the grounds. He has his own power chair now, and it's nice. He is on Medicaid, and that's a very big reason because he has a very low income. It was really a process, so we felt very lucky we found that place."

"My loved one is in Simpson House, and it is OK. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The apartments are spacious and homey enough. They have lots of activities, but she didn't participate because she is much of a loner. "

"To whom it may concern: I am currently a resident at Bryn Mawr Terrace due to a care accident and I have a broken leg bone, I was told that the therapy would take 12 weeks and already my recovery is speeding up faster than expected due to excellent physical and occupational therapy staff (especially Jim and Julie) who are extremely understanding and tolerant who don't just work with you they work along side you and care. Also the nursing staff, housekeeping and the rest of the team, work in unison to keep the terrace clean and motivated and functioning properly. Thank you my name is Steven. "

"This was a second short term stay for my husband in a year. We were so comfortable after his first fall that we knew we would be pleased with this facility again. The physical therapists, the occupational therapist, registration, nursing and social services, as well as food services and facilities care were all so pleasant and helpful. Even for a tall person like my husband, they were top-notch in his care!! Thank you!!!!!"

"My sister needed a LTC Facility that she could call home. The administrator is very helpful. My dialog with the staff, nursing and social work is always positive. There are activities to fill the day and excellent therapy services, a spacious room and clean facility. I believe renovations will begin soon to update the facility."
