"My wife is in Spring Hills Post Acute Woodbury. It's a beautiful building. It's well appointed, well equipped, and well staffed. The staff is highly attentive. She's been doing rehab there, and she's actually getting better, so they're doing a really good job. The food, for an institution, is very good. Some days the food is excellent, and other days the food's just OK, but there's always plenty of food. I have no complaints about how they're feeding my wife."

"I have volunteered many times at the Deptford center and interacted with many of the residents. I felt that they were well cared for and quite happy with the facility. There is a lot of participation to the activities that go on in the center. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions I’ve been unable to assist in the center and look forward to returning to help out where I can."

"We chose Shady Lane because it is a nursing home and for the kind of care that my grandmother needed, that was a top priority for us. Also the location was within 5 miles from my home, so it ended up working out for us. My grandmother did well there. She did very well. It was close to her, so knowing that the staff there was local, she did know some people there. They were the staff who knew her from growing up, so it made it a lot easier for her. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with it. They do so many activities with them all the time, all day long. They make sure no matter they would pull her out of her room and say, "you're coming." They have a singer come in a couple of times a week. They take her down to the salon; they get her hair and nail done. They make it as comfortable and as homey as possible. It works out for my grandmother; they are really, really good. "

"Manorcare - West Deptford is doing a good job with my mother's memory care problems. They're responsive to our needs and her needs. They're taking good care of her and keeping her safe. It appears nice. They do a good job with its upkeeping. They do coffee, they have TVs, games, and people come in for church music. She seems to enjoy the food. It's pretty diverse, but it can be bland sometimes. The staff is great."

Sure, there will always be things are not perfect and that is just the nature of nursing homes. Until your loved one lives in a truly "bad" nursing home, you cannot understand just how superior this facility really is. "

"I was very impressed with the people who worked at Washington Township Senior Living. The staff took us around and were very helpful, caring and very friendly. They served ice cream and pretzels for us. The rooms were very well-maintained and tasteful. Their dining room was airy and bright. "

"My grandmother has been admitted to this facility multiple times for rehab where she was always treated with respect and dignity. Almost one year ago she decided that going home to her apartment was not the best choice for her care. As a big family we all decided that Manor care was the place for her. The staff treats her like their own family. She is provided care and ready for the day every morning at her wished time. She enjoys bingo and games in the activities department, she participates in resident council meetings where all concerns are made aware and addressed as soon as possible. The house keeping department ensures that her room is cleaned every single day, they come in with a smile and even stay to chat. Family functions are still capable due to the large lounges. The nursing staff has become a family to all of us. The doctors and nurses and nursing assistants make all changes and updates available to us right away! We know Grandmom is as happy as anyone in a facility can be, we are happy knowing that she is being properly taken care of! "

"My father is at Laurel Manor, and the care has been very good. He's fine with the food. His bed is always made when he's not in it, and his room is clean. They give therapy to him every day; sometimes he refuses, but they keep on trying. The staff is very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always keep in touch with me with everything; any little thing that happens, they let me know. They have TV lounges and the dining hall becomes an activity hall. They have a nice patio that's all blocked in, so that they can't get out of it. They also had a nice front porch to sit out on. It's a small place."

"Horrible!! As soon as I was admitted staff was very unprofessional.. Nurses do not seem to be aware of the amenities the facility provides. Supervisor is no help, and asks why you need to know what medication they are giving you. Would not recommend this rehab for anymore! "
