ProMedica Skilled Nursing-West Deptford was very nice. Mom's room is clean and neat and has everything she needs. The staff is wonderful. They are very caring and very kind. They've been amazing to mom. She's in the subacute rehab right now and she's being transitioned to long-term care so as far as activities, she's been having physical therapy and occupational therapy twice a day. She has dementia so I kind of rely on the nurses to tell me what she's been doing. So, they'll have a movie night or they go where they can get their nails painted, those sorts of things. She doesn't eat very much, but the food that I've seen looks OK. She eats it. It's well-balanced. I think they try to keep it healthy. I don't see a lot of crazy junk food in there.

My sister was a resident of Promedica after she had a bilateral hip replacement. She thoroughly enjoyed the meals and the coffee hours and fun activities! The Director of Rehab and his staff did a great Job of working with my sister to get her walking with a rollator and much more steady on her feet. The rehab staff there gets an A+ in my book!

staff is extremely rude, would not recommend them to anyone, extreme lack of compassion for residents, rude to not only residents but also their families

My mom is being well taken care of at ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. She gets bathed every day, she gets her meals, and she has help when she needs it. She has to be fed now so I've helped her eat and her food is very good. They do physical therapy and all but she can't participate in anything so I don't know much about their activities. They do have them but she has macular degeneration, so she can't see well and couldn't go play bingo or anything like that. She's been there about two and a half months.

Manorcare - West Deptford is doing a good job with my mother's memory care problems. They're responsive to our needs and her needs. They're taking good care of her and keeping her safe. It appears nice. They do a good job with its upkeeping. They do coffee, they have TVs, games, and people come in for church music. She seems to enjoy the food. It's pretty diverse, but it can be bland sometimes. The staff is great.

My mom is at Manorcare Health Services, and it's great there. She likes it. She's in rehab, and I think she's going to stay there long-term because that's what she wants. The food looks pretty good, and my mom eats every last bite. She says the food is delicious. I have just told the staff that I was very pleased with them. My mom loves it there because they give her a lot of attention. The therapy is excellent, and they have her up and walking. The nurses are very attentive, and they keep me updated about everything. Right now, I don't have any problems with the place.
