"I am a musician who enterains at this facility. I have found the caregivers to be consciounce and caring to the residents. They truly care about them. The facility is clean and pleasant. I am impressed with the way the staff is truly concerned about the residents' welfare. I would recommend this facility for a loved one. "

"Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland has been very good to my mom. Her room is very nice, with a living room and a bedroom, it's well laid out too. They have activities but she doesn't like to do many of them. She just goes to the church services sometimes. She goes to her meals but she doesn't do that much else. The staff is very nice and the food is very good. I think the value for the money is pretty good too. The outdoors has little houses or little apartments if you're not in assisted living or receiving personal care. They also keep those very nice."

"I visited Atria Lafayette Hill. They were lovely. The only thing wrong with that facility was, it did not have as good a location as the other. I did not have much experience with anyone other than the sales rep; he was very lovely, warm, and respectful. I only saw the sample room. Many of the activities were the same ones that were offered at other facilities, with the exception of the water aerobics, because they did not have a pool."

"We have chosen the Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting for my mother. We like its vibe, but we don't like the location. The staff members were very friendly. The building is very clean. It has a good layout. The rooms are small, but adequate. The atmosphere inside is fresh."

"Lots of exciting renovations and upgrades underway at this independent living community in the center of Philadelphia. We are so close to everything the city has to offer but also have great entertainment and dining options available too. Love living at Fountain View."

"I visited Atria Center City in person. It was great. They had everything that is needed. They had a library. They had a restaurant. They had food, and they had cleaning. There was nothing I didn't like about it. They had different levels that I could choose from. The staff was all very helpful, smiling, willing to help, and willing to give their service. I didn't try the food, but they gave me a cheesecake to take home. I thought it was really good. It was great. I didn't try the food, but I saw a little bit how it was prepared. I saw others eating, and it looked look delicious. The facility was great. They had a gym, and they had a salon. They had a library; I loved the library. They had a lounge area on all of the different floors. There was just so much to do on each floor that nobody could get bored. They had an arts and crafts area."

"Brittany Manor didn't provide respite care services. Going in there, it was more for people who are mentally challenged. Before I went in, there was a resident already asking me for money while I was sitting in my car, and then when I went in, there was another resident who was asking me for money, and food, and whatever I had in my hand. The person who walked me around was a five. My experience trying to confirm that I had a tour was a one or a zero. I called to confirm, and no one seemed to be able to confirm with me that they were aware that I was coming. They said they would get back to me, and no one ever got back to me, so I just wound up showing up, and the person who gave me the tour was very friendly. However, she wasn't necessarily prepared to provide a tour. The place was very disheveled. Whoever owned the place before, that signage was still up there. The facility smelled as soon as I got in the door. The staff pretty much mentioned this is for people who have mental disabilities. The room I saw wasn't dirty. It's just that everything looked old. Everything didn't look like it was maintained properly. That's not a place I would recommend for anybody. It didn't seem like the patients were even well taken care of. The people that I talked to on the phone were not professional in my book, and telling me that you're going to get back to me, and then you still don't get back, that was very concerning."

"We toured Holland Village and we liked it a whole lot. We got good vibes from the person who took us around the first time. She arranged a dinner with four other people, and it happened that one of the people that we had dinner with was someone we'd known previously. We were very happy to greet her. We were pretty interested in it. We met the woman in the sales department who took us around. I thought she did a very fine job. She was very pleasant, very friendly, and very warm. We didn't interact with the staff in the dining room, and they just served us our meals. The food was good enough. I took a look in the gym and that was good. The pool was good, too, and people were using it. I saw a woman out in the corner doing a jigsaw puzzle. There wasn't much-organized activity that we were able to observe at that time, but there were certainly the facilities there for people to do any kinds of things that they were interested in like playing cards or watching movies. It seemed more in line with what we are looking for at the present time."

"My review is excellent. I have lived here since November 2016. The staff has been great. I have visited other facilities and found that Juniper Village was the best environment for myself. The entire staff is great and also the food. Please come here if you are looking for a great home."

"Hudson Estates Gracious Retirement Living was nice. I got literature and stuff. They only have like one- and two-bedroom. They said that once they get it cleaned up, that place will go. All of the amenities and all of the offerings that they have sound and look great. We got to speak to one of the people that lived there, and they said it was a wonderful place to be. I think it would be good for my father to be amongst the people with all the activities that they offer. It was a couple who assisted me and they were very great in answering questions and asking me if I had additional questions, which I didn't at the time. They gave me a nice packet to take and they also offered, since my dad did not go with me, us to come back and have lunch with them so we could taste the food because she swears by their meal plan. They did give me a giveaway, and it had a mug and a muffin. They had a garden and a wonderful dining room. They had several laundry facilities on each floor. They have a fitness center, a movie theater, and games places. They have a conference room type thing that they offer to the people that live there. They can have up to ten people have dinner in there and they serve you."

"I visited St. Mary Center. The few staff that I saw were great and they were interacting with the residents. The lady I talked to knew the people by names which is nice, when she talked to them and went by. Even though she's not hands on, she still made the effort to know them by name, which I think was very nice. She gave me a quick tour of an interior room. It was empty, but it was neat, well-placed, nothing looks bad, looked better than my room, my bedroom. Everything looked very clean well-kept. They had a barbershop I believe, a cafeteria, and they did have an outdoor sitting area. People could go out and sit out there, it was all secure. They couldn't just get up and wander off into the road, or anything like that. And they did have a lot of stuff scheduled, there was a gardening to help out with, and they had different little sectional area. It wasn't just 1 giant rec room. They have 1 large room, but they had a smaller one around. So, they did have multiple things going on. I liked the way it was laid out. It was pretty much like a giant square, they do have people who like to wander, and they can actually just kind of look around the halls, they didn't really have to worry about them getting in trouble, wandering off anywhere because it's pretty much centrally located."

"My father is at Attleboro. It is very nice. The staff is very good. He has a bedroom, a bath, a living room, and a small galley kitchen. My father likes the food. Their dining room is set up like a restaurant style. It seems like they have something going on almost every hour there. While it is topnotch, it is just too far away from me. It looks very nice. Everyone is professional. "

"I did tour The Quadrangle. It seemed like a really nice place. I enjoyed it. The facilities are outstanding. The person who was my tour director was fantastic. It was just a very pleasant experience. He went out of his way to tour me because he wasn't aware that I was going to be coming. The facility was first class."

"We had to make the decision to put my father into an assisted living facility. We had a few places to choice from Tradition of Lansdale was one of them. I went for a tour and a sit down meeting with Katelyn and Ian. When I left there I knew without a doubt this was the place for my Dad. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. It is all one floor but very spacious. They have a few selections of rooms depending on how much space one will need. They have many activities there for residents to participate in. But above all the staff is just absolutely wonderful. They treat your family member as if they are their own. Katelyn and Ian went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. "
