The Summit House was clean and nice. It's an independent living and newly built. I think it's been 2 years since it opened. The apartments were a decent size. The area is nice and it's close to shopping which makes it nice. There are lots of eateries in the area if you like to go out and eat. They have a waiting list though. The staff that showed me around was very pleasant, didn't mind getting the application for me, and showed me around without an appointment. They sanitize a couple of times a day, through the hallways and corridors, and everybody is masked up. They have secure parking so I like that too. You wouldn't have to try to find a spot on the street or outside parking. It's a garage parking lot and it was a great plus for me.
